Also, a number of houses have burned out address lights. Perhaps the night security watch could record the burned out address locations so the owners could be notified. Even though the address lights are on 24/7 (for no reason), it is very difficult to see that the bulbs are out during the daytime so the owners are probably unaware. The address lights use two 2825 bulbs (12V, 5W) and are available at Amazon, Ace Hardware and most automotive parts stores.

| January 19, 2023 | Club | Is it possible to relocate the Pilates items to another section of the gym? It seems the items are increasing & they now take up a quarter to a half of the relatively small floor workout area. I use the gym a lot & have rarely seen anyone use this stuff & those of us who want to do floor exercises are left scrambling for another spot. At best, 1-2 people can use the mat with all that stuff there. Today another big box was added.
I have spoken with other gym regulars who feel the same.

| August 9, 2020 | Vineyards | It has been verified that poison bait has been placed in the vineyards near the hiking trail by Miwok and Tempranillo.
This is not acceptable as all the animals that will feed on poisoned carcasses would also likely be killed.
Golden eagles, red-tail hawks, kestrels, foxes and a whole host of other animals are directly threatened.
Put out cage traps if needed but please remove the poison ASAP.

| February 4, 2025 | Club | It would be great if you could do something about the mic stand in the event center. Today was the second event I was at recently where the presenter had a heck of a time as the mic won't stay in position, constantly slipping down. This happened at the Comedy show and today at the WOW event. It looked very frustrating for the presenter who can't always be holding the microphone in their hands. Thank-you.

| December 12, 2022 | Club | It would be nice if management would routinely make rounds & see what needs attention in the clubhouse. I routinely frequent the gym. The TV on one of the elliptical machines has been broken for quite a while, now a 2nd machine has the same issue. We are down to one functional machine.
Also, one of the sinks in the ladies room has standing water pooled in the basin. It seems the stopper doesn’t stay up.
Please check the facility & provide the services you are contracted to provide.

| September 15, 2024 | Landscape | Just noticed this morning that the sprinkler line at the north end of Miwok Park is not working correctly AGAIN. It is the line that waters at 10:50 am daily. There is a small amount of water coming out of each sprinkler, maybe 18 to 24 inches max. The grass is not suffering yet, but it will be dead again as in August if not repaired soon. Thank you!
