It worked going in but not going out and wouldn't work again going in. My card does beep and briefly does turn light green but does not open the gate. Card works on other gates.

I tried to tidy it up yesterday (paper towels on the floor, even gave the toilet a scrub but you need a new brush there and there was no cleaning product.). There is toilet paper but I couldn't figure out how to put it on the holder. Paper towels are out as well. Thanks very much.

I just walked out of the Bordeaux pedestrian gate and in through the Sonoma pedestrian gate on my way to Firenze, and there is a problem with both. The pedestrian Bordeaux gate fails to latch automatically, and the pedestrian gate at Sonoma does not unlatch long enough to pull it open while it is being unlocked.

Robert: I adjusted the Bordeaux gate closing speed and latching. Tested it multiple times, now latches. The Sonoma gate needs an electronic striker. One is on order.

I hate to be this person, but at the corner of Latour and St Julian is a house with a superbad lawn that desperately has needed attention for many months. It's overgrown, weed ridden, animal holes, etc. Looks like a vacant lot. Pics don't do it 'justice.' I think it's a rental but regardless, I'm sure someone is responsible for keeping it at least presentable. The address is 1738 Latour. thank you

I live next to the Latour gate. Every so often it needs to be "silenced." It squeaks. I have been gone for a couple of weeks and came home to "fingernails on a chalkboard" every time the gate opens. I think it is the entry side but not positive. My office is on that side of the house and so I hear it from morning until evening. It is driving me crazy. I have had to move to another room to work. Worse yet, I have company coming in about a week and that is the guest room side of the house. They will never sleep if it is screeching like it currently is doing. Please help!

There is a house at 1738 Latour that is a rental but the front yard has not been maintained for years. It is mostly weeds and animal holes and mounds that are an eyesore. Several neighbors have complained but nothing changes. This is an insult to those of us who try to comply with the reasonable guidelines.
I'm not sure if the owner is responsible or the tenant. Will you let me know and tell us what can be done?
