| January 19, 2023 | Club | Is it possible to relocate the Pilates items to another section of the gym? It seems the items are increasing & they now take up a quarter to a half of the relatively small floor workout area. I use the gym a lot & have rarely seen anyone use this stuff & those of us who want to do floor exercises are left scrambling for another spot. At best, 1-2 people can use the mat with all that stuff there. Today another big box was added.
I have spoken with other gym regulars who feel the same.

And path lights leading up to Event Center entrance aren’t on. As well as path light on the offside side of the mailroom entrance by Spa side door. I tried 2 times to send this. Robert: The breezeway uplighting has been repair along with the 3 uplighting in the main entry and pathway lighting for Event Center. We are currently working on the balance.

| October 9, 2024 | Club | I continue to have concerns regarding the cleaning of the gym. I have reported my concerns before. There are "dust bunnies" underneath and by equipment. I took several pictures today, and will (hopefully) attach them. I don't know how often the gym gets a thorough cleaning, but it should (in my opinion) be at least every week to 2 weeks.

Even if the temperature is reset to 69 degrees, it will turn off and return to an 85 degree setting. This is problematic as the room becomes very warm and stuffy while exercising. Please help!

| December 12, 2022 | Club | It would be nice if management would routinely make rounds & see what needs attention in the clubhouse. I routinely frequent the gym. The TV on one of the elliptical machines has been broken for quite a while, now a 2nd machine has the same issue. We are down to one functional machine.
Also, one of the sinks in the ladies room has standing water pooled in the basin. It seems the stopper doesn’t stay up.
Please check the facility & provide the services you are contracted to provide.

I was under the impression the mail room was always supposed to be open 24/7.
When I went to get my mail and found the mail room locked I was very surprised and also somewhat annoyed. There were a number of other members that were there with the same question and response.

| August 7, 2023 | Club | In the Komei room there's a floor mirror against the wall. This mirror is not secured to the wall, therefore it will fall on people if anyone bumps into it or moves it by accident. It has fallen on us a couple of times. Perhaps it could be secured to the wall in some way.

Reply: We scrub them down and clean them a few times a week. We are in the process of replacing with a more easily sanitized bench.

| July 17, 2025 | Club | For several months now, ALL the gym equipment with monitors are unable to play the TV channels. The only channel available is the golf channel....... If Trilogy is only able to view one channel, can we rotate through the different ones listed? I've seen enough golf to last me a lifetime. But seriously, why are we unable to watch all the TV channels listed on the screen?
We are currently working with an outside video engineer to bring the old outdated Direct TV dish system up to the current technologies available. Robert
