Maintenance Issue Reports

The locks on the piano wheels do not appear to lock. Tonight I asked Jason to take a look - he tried several position of the levers on the two piano cart wheels and the wheels did not appear to lock in any position. The Vineyard Singers concert is on Tuesday - it would be great if the wheel locks could work by then. Thanks.

Robert: This has been fixed

There are two different audio tracks playing in the men’s locker room; one in the poker table area and the other in the rest of the locker room. I realize this is not a major problem, but thought it best to bring to someone’s attention nonetheless. Thanks.

The bottle-fill function on the gym drinking fountain has been broken since May.

I submitted a written report at the gym in May, and the maintenance sheet stated that parts were ordered on May 29. Since then, I have requested updates on that sheet several times, but none have been provided.

Yesterday, I spoke with Pria at the concierge desk. She checked the records and found that the repair had been reported as completed in May. That information is incorrect. The bottle filler was not fixed and still does not work.

Facilities has reset the unit more than once. Each time, it worked only once or twice and had stopped working again by the following day. Clearly, resetting it is not a repair.

Please have Facilities correct the inaccurate record, determine what repair or replacement is actually required, and provide a specific status update and expected completion date. After more than two months, this should not remain unresolved without any explanation.

An announcement was sent out to members a while back that the "back" patio door in the gym by the treadmills was to be locked at all times. A sign was placed on the glass door referencing this policy. Now however, the sign has been removed from the door, and the door is regularly unlocked when I use the gym on a daily basis .

This policy was put into place for added security, and to prevent unauthorized non-member access to the gym, pool, and other facilities. Who changed this important policy, and why wasn't there a notification sent out to members, if it has been reversed?

Lights out on steps to Mail Room for several days now

The lat machine (pull down) in the gym no longer tracks reps/sets with the technogym key.

Light over outside mailroom door is out.

Are there plans to put in lights on both sets of stairs in the parking lot? At night they are very dark and it is a safety hazard.

I saw the techno gym service guy today and he informed me that the screen for the upright stationary bike to the left is dead. Since this bike is out of commission until it’s either fixed or replaced, can a sign be made stating something to that effect so that people are not wasting their time getting on it and trying to use it. Thanks.

I noticed today that the grass on either side of the water feature leading to the reflecting pond is very dry. Obviously the water schedule needs to be adjusted.

We are seeing more damage on lawns and believe we are seeing Farrell pigs tearing up lawns. I saw on Symphony street and also by the club house. I have some pictures I could send but dont see where to attach them.
