golf cart gate to Bordeaux on Briones Valley STILL does not work! putting up a sign that says "gate working" does not fix the problem. It worked going in but not going out and wouldn't work again going in. My card does beep and briefly does turn light green but does not open the gate. Card works on other gates.

Gym - Middle elliptical machine - video screen doesn't work per member

Happy Holiday! Not urgent but the bathroom at the Bocce courts needs cleaning. I tried to tidy it up yesterday (paper towels on the floor, even gave the toilet a scrub but you need a new brush there and there was no cleaning product.). There is toilet paper but I couldn't figure out how to put it on the holder. Paper towels are out as well. Thanks very much.

Heavy water coming down from vineyards into drain. I live at 1739 Chardonnay Lane, And it’s right behind us. Not sure if this is normal.

I live next to the Latour gate.  Every so often it needs to be "silenced."  It squeaks.  I have been gone for a couple of weeks and came home to "fingernails on a chalkboard" every time the gate opens.  I think it is the entry side but not positive.  My office is on that side of the house and so I hear it from morning until evening.  It is driving me crazy. I have had to move to another room to work. Worse yet, I have company coming in about a week and that is the guest room side of the house.  They will never sleep if it is screeching like it currently is doing.  Please help!

HOT TUB JETS NOT WORKING

I am reporting this again because it has been "in progress" since June 13! What is the status?

Ongoing safety, security and mechanical defect with Viognier pedestrian gate. Maintenance report filed several times in the past 14 months. Problem not fixed.

1. The gate has a reversed strike plate and elevated screws. The strike plate blocks the gate from closing or makes it hard or impossible to open. This is/has been part of the ongoing gate sticking open or not opening problem going back to early 2023.
2. It is especially prominent in the afternoon after the sun hits the metal fence, the framing around the gate expands. When it expands the strike plate blocks the gate from both opening and closing. If you want to observe the problem come out in the late afternoon. It will not be in evidence in the A.M.
3. The security and safety problem exists because once the gate is opened in the afternoon, it will remain open until it cools off, then it sometimes closes on its own sometimes not at all..

Please address this ASAP! Can someone give me a progress report please?

I called the concierge desk to advise of this also since it is time-sensitive. There is a broken sprinkler head or line in the landscaping area of the Miwok gate as you're entering Trilogy that is shooting out water right now.

I continue to have concerns regarding the cleaning of the gym. I have reported my concerns before. There are "dust bunnies" underneath and by equipment. I took several pictures today, and will (hopefully) attach them. I don't know how often the gym gets a thorough cleaning, but it should (in my opinion) be at least every week to 2 weeks.
