| August 1, 2021 | Landscape | First, thank you for bringing back Miwok Park grass area, but the very north end near Chianti is now dead. The sprinklers had been working fine, but are now not covering this area. Perez used to kill weeds along the wrought iron fencing in the bark. The bark now is extremely thin and weeds are growing rapidly. My husband has been pulling them by hand behind our house, but other houses have the same weed problem. Will the bark be replaced in this area to reduce the amount of weed growth?

Even if the temperature is reset to 69 degrees, it will turn off and return to an 85 degree setting. This is problematic as the room becomes very warm and stuffy while exercising. Please help!

| July 17, 2025 | Club | For several months now, ALL the gym equipment with monitors are unable to play the TV channels. The only channel available is the golf channel....... If Trilogy is only able to view one channel, can we rotate through the different ones listed? I've seen enough golf to last me a lifetime. But seriously, why are we unable to watch all the TV channels listed on the screen?
We are currently working with an outside video engineer to bring the old outdated Direct TV dish system up to the current technologies available. Robert
