Many of the new lights around the circle are burned out also around the pillars between Spa and Club.

Can we remove the empty signs and poles that were put in during Covid to park to pick food from the club.
They put new poles and signs in for Handicap Parking which looks great. They left the old ones from Covid!

Two ceiling light bulbs are not working in the Hii Room at club. Have been reported but not fixed for some time now. Both lights are next to each other and window. Makes game playing dark and difficult. Thank you.

Robert: I was able to repair one fixture. The other needs a ballast which was ordered on 12/21

First Thanks for removing the two unused signs behind the new Handicapped Signs.
There are two unused sings adjacent to the 2-6 Mail Room Parking. These are the old Golf Cart Parking Signs.
Can these please be removed also?

There are 3 up lights in the entrance to Club out. Also the path lights on the Porto side aren’t on or all out. And path lights leading up to Event Center entrance aren’t on. As well as path light on the offside side of the mailroom entrance by Spa side door.

Robert: The breezeway uplighting has been repair along with the 3 uplighting in the main entry and pathway lighting for Event Center. We are currently working on the balance.

The ceiling fans in the gym are rotating at various speeds (some slow, some fast), even though the selector on the wall is set to “fans hi.” In addition, one fan is not working at all. Thank you.

Robert: The Programming tech had a family emergency on the 4th the day before our appointment. we are waiting for a new date and time for the programmers return.

The former handicap parking stalls that are now open parking stalls need to have the old pavement symbols repainted black. The forecast is calling for rain this week (2/23/26) I checked and did not see any previously submitted maintenance requests. Thank You

Robert: Mark the stalls are to be blacked out when the paving contractor comes back to do the top sealant coat. The contractor is waiting for a full week of dry weather with appropriate temp to aide drying.

The caution tape on the sidewalk on Trilogy Parkway opposite the Porto gate is again peeling even thought it was repaired a week or so ago.

Robert: We will re-apply. Sprinklers are wetting the area.

An announcement was sent out to members a while back that the "back" patio door in the gym by the treadmills was to be locked at all times. A sign was placed on the glass door referencing this policy. Now however, the sign has been removed from the door, and the door is regularly unlocked when I use the gym on a daily basis .

This policy was put into place for added security, and to prevent unauthorized non-member access to the gym, pool, and other facilities. Who changed this important policy, and why wasn't there a notification sent out to members, if it has been reversed?
