| December 5, 2025 | Club | I've noticed a number up lights under the olive trees in fountain circle are either out or on in the daytime. Also some of up lights in front entry to the club are out. These lights are a wonderful amenity and add safety to the entrance to the club. Hopefully this issue can be addressed in the near future.

| December 16, 2025 | Club | Two ceiling light bulbs are not working in the Hii Room at club. Have been reported but not fixed for some time now. Both lights are next to each other and window. Makes game playing dark and difficult. Thank you.

I was under the impression the mail room was always supposed to be open 24/7.
When I went to get my mail and found the mail room locked I was very surprised and also somewhat annoyed. There were a number of other members that were there with the same question and response.

There are two unused sings adjacent to the 2-6 Mail Room Parking. These are the old Golf Cart Parking Signs.
Can these please be removed also?

Robert: The breezeway uplighting has been repair along with the 3 uplighting in the main entry and pathway lighting for Event Center. We are currently working on the balance.

| September 29, 2019 | Club | An announcement was sent out to members a while back that the "back" patio door in the gym by the treadmills was to be locked at all times. A sign was placed on the glass door referencing this policy. Now however, the sign has been removed from the door, and the door is regularly unlocked when I use the gym on a daily basis .
This policy was put into place for added security, and to prevent unauthorized non-member access to the gym, pool, and other facilities. Who changed this important policy, and why wasn't there a notification sent out to members, if it has been reversed?
