I continue to have concerns regarding the cleaning of the gym. I have reported my concerns before. There are "dust bunnies" underneath and by equipment. I took several pictures today, and will (hopefully) attach them. I don't know how often the gym gets a thorough cleaning, but it should (in my opinion) be at least every week to 2 weeks.

I just tried sending 4 photos, but the message won't go through, so I'm sending only one.

2 Gym issues: 1) The ants have reappeared on the mat in the back corner. I have seen them two consecutive days now, as I stretch out back by the mirrors in the gym.
2) There is an exercise bike that has been turned so the rider looks onto the exercise mat, instead of outside. Please return the bike so the position of the rider looks outside as they exercise. It is extremely uncomfortable for those stretching on the mat.

The water standpipe between the Event Center and the parking lot is leaking.

It would be great if you could do something about the mic stand in the event center. Today was the second event I was at recently where the presenter had a heck of a time as the mic won't stay in position, constantly slipping down. This happened at the Comedy show and today at the WOW event. It looked very frustrating for the presenter who can't always be holding the microphone in their hands. Thank-you.

In the gym, if the sun is out the treadmills are pretty much unusable if the shades aren’t down. The controller and automatic settings seem to be broken. If the shades and controller can’t be fixed please at least lower the shades so the treadmills can be used.

Any idea when the TV’’s will be fixed on the gym equipment this time. Seems to me, it goes out frequently. Why not really address the issue. Stop putting bandaids on the problem & invest in a solution.

06/04/25 The Direct TV technician has been working on this for weeks now. As it is taking so long, we contacted ClubCare who is reaching out to Technogym to check and see if the machines can be set up to stream T.V.. We will update here as we get answers, hopefully today/this week. Thank you, and apologies for the delays in with getting this fixed.

The thermostat in the men’s locker room is set to 85 degrees. This leaves the locker room very hot and humid (from the showers). Please change it to something reasonable before the weather gets really hot!

06/04/25: We cleared the programming on the thermostat. It will no longer go to 85 degrees; we'll keep checking it, but it should be and stay comfortable in there.

So tired of lame excuses. Fix the TV’s on aerobic equipment in the gym. We have been more than patient. Think we’re into the 4th month of no service. It seems the issue has been swept under the rug.

We are currently working with an outside video engineer to bring the old outdated Direct TV dish system up to the current technologies available. Robert

For several months now, ALL the gym equipment with monitors are unable to play the TV channels. The only channel available is the golf channel....... If Trilogy is only able to view one channel, can we rotate through the different ones listed? I've seen enough golf to last me a lifetime. But seriously, why are we unable to watch all the TV channels listed on the screen?

The two benches in the men’s locker room are very dirty and stained. Not only is this hygienically unsafe, it presents a bad appearance. Is there a way to hose/scrub them down? Thank you.

Reply: We scrub them down and clean them a few times a week. We are in the process of replacing with a more easily sanitized bench.

Update: The bid for the repair/updating of the cabling and service type is in the hands of the Finance Commitee and HOA. Hopefully we will have a path moving forward by mid-week.
