Maintenance Issue Reports

At the pickleball courts, near court 4, the gate latch is loose. The part that attaches to the swinging gate has just one screw in it (ie one is missing); the gate post hole appears to be partially stripped so that this screw cannot be tightened. Thank you.

Auto gate entry side in Porto Village is consistently open which is a big safety concern. Has been going on for months.

Barossa Pedestrian gate at California Trail & Trilogy Parkway won't open (received numerous calls from residents)

Barossa pedestrian gate on Trilogy Parkway does not work.

Robert: I will open a work order for repair.

Behind Chardonnay and Zinfandel entrance to the vineyard on gravel rd. There are the first 5 trees on the left side along the fence that could use trimming and maintenance Also the culvert behind Chardonnay is half full of dead grape leaves

Big water leak vineyard behind Frascati this morning. Only got a pic from the gentle slope downhill towards Zinfandel. You should be able to find it when you look at the house at the bottom.

Bocce Park on California Trail: The east side of the park appears to have only 1 drain located on the east side of the park walkway near the tree closest to the sidewalk. That drain is completely blocked with debris and mud. The mud and tanbark has continuously washed onto the sidewalk in front of my property as well as onto my grass area. That drain needs to be cleared ASAP. The other problem there is the fact that there is only one drain. The terrain on that side of the park from the v-ditch to the street sidewalk slopes towards my property. The water then pools along the base of my west side fence. I have pictures where you can see the path the water takes from the trail at the v-ditch to the street if you want to see them.

Bordeaux gate does NOT closing properly, everyone could get in our village.

Bordeaux needs maintenance. The trellis is in serious condition. It’s leaning and the posts need repair. The roses need to be trimmed and north slope requires some mowing and the bare spots replanted.

Bordeaux park overwatered to the point of being too soggy to walk on. Also, a trash container with a yellow "caution" tape around it for some reason.

Both pedestrian gates on Barsac ct & Viognier Ct will not open using the numeric key pad.
This is my third request concerning this issue.

Robert: New batteries has been installed twice in 2 weeks. We will replace the lock.

Bridge or crutch stick is broken (end of stick) in lounge
Where pool tables are. Used for playing pool.

Broken Olive Tree Irrigation Sprinkler in Miwok Park. The forth olive tree into the park. as counted from Barbaresco Lane, is broken and releasing a lot of water. See attached picture.
