| October 8, 2026 | Gates | The exit street gates continue to be a problem for my tricycle and others leaving the community; Sonoma, Bordeaux (both exit gates), Tuscany (both exit gates). I ride my tricycle daily and when leaving those gates I ride in a circle on the spots that appear have the sensors, to now avail. I have to wait for a gate to open and more often than not it is the entrance gate that opens when a car enters. This should not be the way I have to exit the community. My trike is made of Chromoly Steel, a very heavy body (85lbs). Please adjust the sensor or whatever needs to be adjusted. I know the contractor has been working on the gates and I know that the gates before the streets were sealed and resealed recognized my trike. Please fix.

| October 12, 2026 | Landscape | Just outside the Bordeaux, Latour Ave gate, there are at least two sprinkler heads that are damaged. Water shoots up in the air in a couple of places when the irrigation is on. I have observed this just before 6AM as I am on my way to the clubhouse gym.

To the person or persons who left the used band aids and patches on the floor by the indoor pool (at end of lane 1, next to the stairs, by the bench at the stairs and by the life ring) please properly dispose of them in the future. Better yet follow your doctors direction and stay out of the pool until you are healed.
More than a common courtesy this is a health issue as many are barefoot in these areas.

On Tuesday the 13th they are still there
Seems a simple maintenance walk thru would have corrected this. Certainly a deck cleaning would have resolved.
What is the frequency for deck cleaning?

| October 17, 2026 | Pool | The accordion doors in the swimming pool building need critical fixing and adjustment.

The hinge screws need to be tightened up and are significantly loose. Very easy to do but don’t overstrip. Some screws are missing and will need to be replaced. This are suspended roller doors require sound connection.
Also, the elevation of these doors need to be adjusted up by the top vertical pin to keep it from hitting the bottom of the floor, which prevents it from sliding. The top suspension roller has a vertical adjustment screw. has a safety pin you pull down and then turn the pin to raise the elevation of doors to provide bottom threshold clearance.
In addition, the lower tracks need to be cleaned out out of debris
These are still very good doors and will function quite well once they’re readjusted

I wasn't able to attach the pictures, but if you come to the path between Riesling and Barbaresco in Firenze, the leaves and mud will be easy to find.Thank you

| October 20, 2026 | Villages | The canal between Rieslig Circle and Barbaresco in Firenze village has many leaves and mud (from a previous irrigation leak). With rain expected soon, we are requesting that the debris be removed.

| October 21, 2026 | Villages | NO PROBLEM. JUST KUDOS. I wrote yesterday about leaves and mud in our canal. Today, I went to take the garbage out at 6:45am.
Two young men walked along the canal to see what needed to be done. They were waiting until 7:00 to start the clean-up.
