| August 25, 2026 | Landscape | Chardonnay Court has five plants that are dead in the plantings by the gate at end of the court. It looks like it’s all along the area by the fence isn’t getting water. A few weeds have gotten large. Please have our Trilogy Landscaping company look into replacing the dead plants on e the weather turns a bit cooler.

| August 26, 2026 | Gates | When a visitor at the Porto gate enters my 4-digit code and presses CALL, the kiosk immediately gets my Verizon voicemail greeting. My iPhone never rings and the call does not appear in my Recent Calls.
However, calls to my iPhone from my landline work normally.
This happens when I am home or away from home.
This has been happening for several weeks. hi Robert, i just checked with my phone and is working fine. the number that will show up on your phone is 925-293-2541. can you please make sure this number isn't blocked. thank you

| September 6, 2026 | Pool | I was assured the indoor pool temp was being monitored with a thermostat on the wall. Well after not going for awhile I thought I’d give it a try today. The thermostat was not registering a temp and it was too cold for me to go in. A little later I spoke to “Dave” who was talking on the pool phone so I asked him about it. He said he’ll check. I then went home and got my thermometer, went back and took temp in 3 different areas of the pool. 75.0, 75.0 and 75.4. This is disappointing to say the least and totally unacceptable. I understand that eventually this will be redone. But in the meantime this is an amenity for the homeowners. the thermostat on the wall has been replaced and was reading 81.3. i will adjust so it reads between 82 and 83. thanks.

1) The Men's Locker Room needs to be be cleaned better. It appears the floors haven't been mopped and/or deep cleaned in a while.
2) The 55# and 60# dumbbells in the gym are bent and unsafe. I brought this specific matter to an employee LAST YEAR and it's still an issue.
3) Curious if the outdoor speaker system isn't working. The last several times I've been to the patio/pool area, no music is heard.
