2) On the same side of the parking lot, as you would exit, is a wooden fence that is bleached white. It needs some wood oil.
3) Actually, that entire edge of the parking area that borders above the rear of Healing Rock homes is very neglected. Plants are suffering. Need water and/or replanting.

4) The space between the tennis courts and the former sales office has weeds that are knee-high or taller.

| March 31, 2026 | Villages | Someone has written "Amazon" and the access code in a sharpie marker on the keypad at the entrance to the Sonoma Village. This now allows anyone to enter beyond the gates. It needs to be erased.

| April 1, 2026 | Wine Barn | The door knob on the door of the Olive Club storage area on the outside of the wine barn has fallen off and both sides are loose. The secondary lock has also become very tight and hard to lock due to warping. Both issues are in need of repair for security of our items and ability to access.
