| August 11, 2026 | Pool | The tile around the inside of the pool is very dirty with a scum film on it. While across all the tile, it is particularly noticeable on the white depth indicator tiles. This should be cleaned scrubbed clean regularly.

| August 11, 2026 | Club | Internet connection in gym is patchy, at best. It was working well for quite some time but over the past 2 weeks the connection continues to disconnect. The connection is possible in the hall leading to the gym but lost in the gym proper.
Also, on some machines, only 2 TV channels are accessible.

There is potential sinkhole developing(?) at the Sonoma Gate roundabout. Its is between the center ring around the garden and the asphalt. Located on the left as you exit the gate approching Vineyards Parkway stop sign.
Probably a good idea to check it out before Sonoma reseal.

| August 17, 2026 | Club | The ADA restroom in the Clubhouse ladies room needs some facilities attention. The lighting is low light, ie darker. I think the light is burning out or something. The toilet keeps running longer than usual when we flush it. I finallly got it to stop running by jiggling the flush nob. The door to enter is warped and requires the full force of my body to open it. I helped a person open it to get in and waited til she was finished to let her out.

| August 22, 2026 | Pool | Ref. Trees behind cabanas and outdoor grill
I am aware that the trees actually leaning on or very close to the fence have been removed. At the same time if you review the pictures below and better yet actually go take a look, I think you will agree that more work should be done.
In fact, probably the largest of all the trees while several feet back from the fence remains as probably the worst case of overhang and greatest angle of list. Other smaller trees are already starting to lean and roots for most if no all are already exposed above ground level.
Given the forecast El Nino the work should be accomplished in the next few months. Additionally any replacement plantings should have a maximum height limit of no more than 15 or 20 feet.
I will attempt to put this in the site maintenance log

| August 22, 2026 | Vineyards | There is a pedestrian gate into the vineyards at Moscato and Chianti. The gate latch is damaged. The bar that connects the inner and outer latches is no longer attached to the inner latch. It probably requires a spot welded to fix the problem.

| August 23, 2026 | Wine Barn | On Saturday the Amici Club crushed and destemmed the grapes from around the Barn. Norm thought that there was supposed to be a dumpster for the stems and seeds, but there wasn't. We ended up taking the bagged trash from several cans around the barn and filling them with the organic/compost waste. They are still on the driveway by the roll-up door, along with the other bagged trash, and beginning to attract flies. I think Scott is aware.

| September 3, 2024 | Club | While using the services of SAWA SPA in August, I noted a few minor maintenance issues which ideally should be addressed. Specifically, the patio umbrella closest to the jacuzzi/spa is torn and faded; the life preserver rope has been cut and is laying on the ground; there are 2 large decorative lanterns which have seen better days and should probably be removed; and finally, several large landscape pots around the jacuzzi/spa with dying and/or dead plants. See attached pics. If this is not something addressed through MTL, please forward to SAWA SPA management. Thank you .. Celeste Storrs

| September 8, 2024 | Landscape | The water pressure at the Chef's Garden area is reduced to the point that we can't water the plants. This just happened yesterday. Also, we need more water to the pumpkin area as none of those plants are getting enough water and our one pumpkin is starting to shrivel up.

| September 15, 2024 | Landscape | Just noticed this morning that the sprinkler line at the north end of Miwok Park is not working correctly AGAIN. It is the line that waters at 10:50 am daily. There is a small amount of water coming out of each sprinkler, maybe 18 to 24 inches max. The grass is not suffering yet, but it will be dead again as in August if not repaired soon. Thank you!

| September 18, 2024 | Tennis / Pickleball Court | On the Pickleball courts there is a burnt bulb in one of the night flood lights. The one next to court 4 towards the center of the courts.
This issue prevents play on court 4 after dark.
