Lawn dead and weeds in cracks of driveway no maintenance of yard

Wine Bar outside lights have been on for days 24-7. Can't this be put on a timer that will shut off if not in use? We are looking at the options of installing a timer or photo cell. we will update once completed. thanks,

Sprinkler at divide area of entrance to Andalucia.
Lots of water at each watering for small area.
Much run off onto street.

May be adjust water a little?
White pipe to help soil drainage would love a little less water too.

Same 2 water leaks as 1-2 weeks ago behind Frascati.

This is my second report of large cracks on upper Gamay Lane of Bordeaux village our home. The crack has gotten wider since my last message. Does not appear that the company hired did not completely fill the cracks from the original repair. There are quite a few road cracks in the upper Gamay Lane. When can we expect this to be repaired properly?

There is a tree in the olive grove behind our house that has a dead branch. This branch is hanging over the fence above our yard. Please have the dead branch removed and thin the overhanging branches. Thank you.

I believe the indoor pool equipment is moldy, the white weights and noodles.

Internet connection in gym is patchy, at best. It was working well for quite some time but over the past 2 weeks the connection continues to disconnect. The connection is possible in the hall leading to the gym but lost in the gym proper.
Also, on some machines, only 2 TV channels are accessible.

Ref. Trees behind cabanas and outdoor grill

I am aware that the trees actually leaning on or very close to the fence have been removed. At the same time if you review the pictures below and better yet actually go take a look, I think you will agree that more work should be done.

In fact, probably the largest of all the trees while several feet back from the fence remains as probably the worst case of overhang and greatest angle of list. Other smaller trees are already starting to lean and roots for most if no all are already exposed above ground level.

Given the forecast El Nino the work should be accomplished in the next few months. Additionally any replacement plantings should have a maximum height limit of no more than 15 or 20 feet.

Chardonnay Court has five plants that are dead in the plantings by the gate at end of the court. It looks like it’s all along the area by the fence isn’t getting water. A few weeds have gotten large. Please have our Trilogy Landscaping company look into replacing the dead plants on e the weather turns a bit cooler.
