| August 7, 2020 | Wine Barn | There are many leaks and some sprays of water at many of the connectors for the vines around the Winebarn. I have pictures of the locations but no way to upload them. However, when the vines are being watered it is easy to see where the problems are.

| October 2, 2024 | Wine Barn | Urgent need to repair or turn on wine barn ceiling fan today in preparation for an Olive Club event tonight! Given the extreme heat the fan is urgently needed.

| September 22, 2025 | Wine Barn | Small refrigerator in wine barn filled with mold, horrible odor.
Robert: We are currently trying to find the club that put the frig there so they can remove it.

| October 10, 2025 | Wine Barn | WINE BARN RAT(S): Last evening the Beer Club held a potluck. In attendance was an "uninvited" RAT, who ran in and out of the barn, under the dining tables and around people's feet while we ate. Some people thought it was a mouse, but it was 4-5 inches long (minus the tail); a little big for a mouse. Perhaps it's an adolescent rat. If so there's probably more than one from a litter living around the barn. There is a Beer Club Chili Cook Off scheduled on October 20 with 150 people registered to attend. Hopefully the rodent problem at the barn will be resolved by that date.

| December 5, 2025 | Wine Barn | The internet and wifi connection in the Wine Barn is down. Looks like it went down at 5:55am this morning (12/5/25). Without an internet connection we can not remotely control the vineyard/orchard irrigation system. Thankfully this is not a problem right now as we have the watering in the vineyards and orchards turned off for the winter.

| December 8, 2025 | Wine Barn | when we went in Wine Barn just now for the folding chairs, we deactivated the alarm and saw notice that the back-up battery was showing LOW. Also, all the lights were on. We shut lights off.

| February 28, 2026 | Wine Barn | I walked by the wine barn this afternoon a few minutes after 4:00. All the string lights were on. Why? Sunset is not till 6:00. Most likely the timers need to be adjusted.
