Maintenance Issue Reports

The road behind Chardonnay Line is covered in Mud and the ditches are almost FULL with mud! With additional rain coming, we are worried the ditches will overflow into our yards. Please take care of this soon. Thank you!

There seems to be a Water leak at The end of The row on The vineyard at end of Moscato Place behind my house 1803 Moscato Place. Just donʻt want The grapes to struggle with The heat that is coming, you can see The Wet area at The end of The row going into The walking path.

Big vineyard water leak between rows 349 and 330 and several smaller ones behind Moscato.

Once again I am reporting the vineyard water issue. The water was flowing like an open fire hydrant for about 2 hours on Monday above my home at 1803 Moscato Place, i have a video if you need to see where the problem is. I have reported this problem several times, it is not a small leak it is thousands of gallons of water and I am sure we are going to get another raise in our HOA fees due to the increased use of water which is not fair if i have been reporting this for weeks!

Two people reported vineyard irrigation leaks in Sonoma today on this website. Both mentioned a major leak coming from the top of the hill along Trilogy Parkway. The issue was a hose end connector that came off. I reattached it and that major leak has stopped. I also let Eusebio know that I addressed that leak. I didn't loo for the other leaks that were mentioned in those two maintenance reports.

Common area around the oak tree behind 1962 / 1960 Barbaresco (maybe more) is full of weeds. Please have them removed or cut short before they become a fire hazard.

Same leak I've reported before. Now I wonder if it could be exacerbated by the tractor during vineyard maintenance. It's below the vineyard behind Frascati, between poles #60-70, near the shiny aluminum metal band on the pole near 70. You can see the moss that's grown on the little puddle. There's a little black circle of open water without moss that to me looks like it's coming from the real source of the water. It's the only wet patch of green at the bottom of the hill.

If it's a spring or something you don't care about, please let me know so I stop reporting it.

There is a significant vineyard irrigation leak on Petite Syrah hill. It is located at the end of one of the rows of vines, that face Trilogy Parkway, about halfway between the bocce courts and the Porto neighborhood. The water is pouring out of the connection between the black irrigation pipe and the rigid line coming out of the ground. I placed a small wooden stake by the line that is leaking, but you can easily see where the water has run as the ground has been washed away. I can provide a Google maps photo of the location if you need it.

1. A large crack in the stucco and window separation. How do I get some colored stucco to patch (preferably) or get someone to patch?
2. Circuit breakers keep tripping. This has been happening since I moved in and have had someone come to fix them but it's never fixed.

Testing

Heavy water coming down from vineyards into drain. I live at 1739 Chardonnay Lane, And it’s right behind us. Not sure if this is normal.
