I was under the impression the mail room was always supposed to be open 24/7.
When I went to get my mail and found the mail room locked I was very surprised and also somewhat annoyed. There were a number of other members that were there with the same question and response.

Reply: We scrub them down and clean them a few times a week. We are in the process of replacing with a more easily sanitized bench.

| July 17, 2025 | Club | For several months now, ALL the gym equipment with monitors are unable to play the TV channels. The only channel available is the golf channel....... If Trilogy is only able to view one channel, can we rotate through the different ones listed? I've seen enough golf to last me a lifetime. But seriously, why are we unable to watch all the TV channels listed on the screen?
We are currently working with an outside video engineer to bring the old outdated Direct TV dish system up to the current technologies available. Robert

| September 3, 2024 | Club | While using the services of SAWA SPA in August, I noted a few minor maintenance issues which ideally should be addressed. Specifically, the patio umbrella closest to the jacuzzi/spa is torn and faded; the life preserver rope has been cut and is laying on the ground; there are 2 large decorative lanterns which have seen better days and should probably be removed; and finally, several large landscape pots around the jacuzzi/spa with dying and/or dead plants.
