| December 11, 2025 | Villages | As Neighborhood Watch captain, I received the follow emails from Claudia Curran regarding pedestrian gates:
First message:
“ I know you are one of the reps for our neighborhood watch in Firenze. I am passing along an ongoing observation of the Bordeaux pedestrian gates. I walk very early every morning between 5:30 am - 7 am depending on the time of the year. 99% of the time in the last few months I am finding the Bordeaux gates unsecured, especially the Latour gate. Someone is leaving them open. Maybe you can send a copy of my email to their rep for that area. Here are photos from this morning of the two gates. The first is the Latour Avenue gate, the second two are the other gate at St Julien Street which was left wide open.
Claudia”
Second message:
“Good morning Dan,
I checked out the gates further this morning. The Latour gate doesn't shut on its own; you have to push it shut. The St. Julien gate is even worse, the hydraulics on the gate don't work at all so when someone opens it, it stays wide open. Surprisingly, our Sonoma gate doesn't shut automatically now...that's new. You have to push it to close. So, it looks like these gates are getting old and not working as they should.
Maybe an email to all to be sure to manually shut these gates for our safety, especially during the holiday season. Thanks for looking into this for our community.
Merry Christmas!
Claudia Curran”.
Please contact Claudia Curran if further details are needed.

Daniel Hunter

| July 27, 2025 | Pool | As of Sunday July 27th the hot tub is not hot at all, water is completely cold like the pool water. Absolutely NO heat. A few jets are not working at all, and really low pressure. I checked maintenance records and it says work was completed and that the heat and new pump was put in Feb and June. The hot tub is still not working correctly. Thanks
The heater has been replaced.

| August 20, 2024 | Gates | At 7:16pm, I witnessed the right-side exit gate for Latour Gate stick open. At the same time, there was a distinctive beeping sound from the gate system. When a vehicle entered the Latour gate, the stuck gate and the entry gates closed at the same time.

| July 11, 2023 | Gates | At 9:30pm, I questioned a woman on Healing Rock Ct. I asked how she got inside the gate. She said the pedestrian gate was unlatched.

| September 15, 2022 | Villages | At Bordeaux Park, irrigation water is flowing abundantly over the sidewalk and grass and into the drains. Looks like a major leak. Has been going on since at least Sept 14 evening.

This area is over grown.
It has not been touched in a long time!

| August 17, 2020 | Landscape | At roughly 8:30 AM the last couple of days, there is the sound of a lot of water flowing under one of the rosemary shrubs in Miwok park. Haven't dug into the dense plant, but I'm guessing it is a drip that blew it's head off or undergrounded hosing since not a lot of water, just the sound of rushing water. I took a photo of which plant it is if you want me to email it to someone. If not, it's near the entrance off of Miwok near the gate (NOT the one off of Chianti). On right side as you enter, roughly 3rd plant in between walkway and gasline sign

| October 31, 2022 | Gates | At St. Julien gate: a person who wanted to enter called me on the call box with the last 4 digits of my phone number. My phone rang, and I entered '9' (the open code) multiple times. However, the gate did not open. We tried twice.

| April 7, 2025 | Gates | At the Barossa fire (emergency) gate the pedestrian entry door is not working. Several neighbors as well as myself have tried several times over the past week.
Maintenance: Tested the gate reader and found it worked intermediately. Adjusted the antenna and the gate worked as designed. I will advise the landscapers to keep the hedge on the corner trimmed back.

| April 10, 2020 | Bocce Court | At the Bocce Ball court on the left side of the walkway as your face the courts. One of the sprinkler heads has popped off shooting up a geyser. I put it back in place but noted the twist cap would not lock anymore. Please fix. Thank you.

| September 19, 2023 | Villages | At the corner of California Trail and Chardonnay Lane in Sonoma Village, on the east/lower end, there is a hole in the edge of the asphalt. The hole is small but the void underneath it seems pretty deep. As rain water flows down California Trail, I suspect it flows into that hole. This may start undermining the road at that corner. In fact, it is looking like the asphalt is starting to sink around that hole. I think it would be good to get that hole/void filled in before the heavy rains come. I have attached a picture of the hole.
**** Response from HOA - * Asphalt Company will address this when they are completing the street crack-fill project at the end of October. JW ****

| February 18, 2024 | Tennis / Pickleball Court | At the Los Olivos Tennis and Pickleball Pavilion there are light poles for playing after dark. The switch for the lights is in the center shaded area between Pickleball and tennis courts. The cover plate for the light switch is broken and needs to be replaced.

| August 4, 2024 | Landscape | At the out Miwok Gate there is a River Rock area between gate pillar and grass full spreading weeds.
Thanks Ken

| January 2, 2025 | Tennis / Pickleball Court | At the pickleball courts, near court 4, the gate latch is loose. The part that attaches to the swinging gate has just one screw in it (ie one is missing); the gate post hole appears to be partially stripped so that this screw cannot be tightened. Thank you.
01.02.25 - We are addressing this issue today. Thanks for letting us know!

| February 3, 2026 | Gates | At the St Julien gate, the pedestrian gate closing mechanism is not attached to the gate. (I don't know if it's supposed to be attached or just push against it.) The gate seems to latch OK if it's released from wide-open, but it does not latch if released from nearly-closed.

| February 20, 2023 | Gates | Auto gate entry side in Porto Village is consistently open which is a big safety concern. Has been going on for months.

| August 16, 2023 | Gates | Back on August 9 I emailed that the Latour gate(s) where squeaking badly. I got a response on the same day that they had been lubricated. It didn't work. I emailed back a few days later to ask for the gates to be rechecked. I don't know if that has been done but the gate(s) are still like fingernails on a chalkboard. Please HELP! I live next to the gates and the squeak is heard in my bedroom and office. That puts us at pretty much 24/7 noise.
