There is a ceiling light out in the Komei Room. Please fix it. It has been this way over a year!

12.30.24 - This is in progress now: wiring/ballast replacement work is involved. Will update when the work has been completed.

There is a dead pine tree at the Solera St. entrance into Tuscany. It needs to be removed and hopefully replaced. Thank you.

There is a gopher in the northeast corner of Meritage Park. It is killing all the shrubs.
1. The gopher needs to be removed.
2. Gophers go after grubs that live near roots. The shrubs and surrounding soil need to be sprayed with insecticide.

There is a missing lamp post on Vineyards Parkway where it intersects with Trilogy Parkway and Solara Street. My understanding is that this lamp post has been missing for a few years now. Has anyone contacted the City of Brentwood regarding the replacement of this lamp post? Isn't replacement covered by: "Landscape and Lighting District No. 06-3 Vineyards. The Community lies within the boundaries of the City of Brentwood Landscape and Lighting District No. 06-3 Vineyards (referred to above as the “LLD"). The LLD was formed to fund landscape maintenance and energy and maintenance costs of streetlights on arterial streets within the LLD."? Given all the special taxes and assessments that we pay, it seems like the City of Brentwood should perform this type of maintenance in a more timely fashion. Thanks.

There is a significant vineyard irrigation leak on Petite Syrah hill. It is located at the end of one of the rows of vines, that face Trilogy Parkway, about halfway between the bocce courts and the Porto neighborhood. The water is pouring out of the connection between the black irrigation pipe and the rigid line coming out of the ground. I placed a small wooden stake by the line that is leaking, but you can easily see where the water has run as the ground has been washed away. I can provide a Google maps photo of the location if you need it.

There is a substantial water leak in the vineyard off Riesling Circle. I found one near the green telecommunications box this morning. There was also a leak near the park that had already been called in when I found it. At 7:45 this evening, I was out in my backyard ( which is right off the trail between Riesling Circle and Barbaressco), and water was streaming down the vineyard hill.
I took pictures, but am unable to load them. When my husband gets home, we'll try to send the pics.

There is an issue with standing water and a buildup of algae along the street on Meritage Loop from the west end (1586 Meritage Loop) up to the storm drain between 1592 and 1594 Meritage Loop. This has been occurring yearly since the completion of some of the landscaping on the west side of the loop. It attracts pigeons, mice, and other creatures and is unsanitary. Something needs to be done about it.

I will pass this along to the HOA.

Shea Homes is the governing office and has investigated the issue. A corrective action has been put in place.

There is an olive tree behind 2053 Solera Street at the bottom left of the vineyards. It appears to be dying. It should probably be removed.

There is no remote for TV in pool room. Please replace and have available to watch sporting events in pool room.

There seems to be a Water leak at The end of The row on The vineyard at end of Moscato Place behind my house 1803 Moscato Place. Just donʻt want The grapes to struggle with The heat that is coming, you can see The Wet area at The end of The row going into The walking path.

There's a major water leak on the vineyard trail that connects with Zinfandel. It's coming from about the 4th row of vines up the hill and is creating a river of water.

They have not whacked the weeds lining the fence the length of Andalucia against the hill. I called in a month ago and talked with Megan who said it is a Terracare problem. It still has not been done and it is a fire hazard. The road was mowed but the fence was not whacked this year.
