October 26, 2024 | Landscape | Upper Miwok Park trail: Behind the big rocks along the walking trail in front of the giant Oak tree there are two dripper sprinkler tubes that are shooting water up into the air and landing about 6 feet from the tube. I took photos, but I'm not being allowed to download them to this site (message says the file is too big).

November 25, 2024 | Villages | What was once dirt across the path in the olive grove in Bordeaux is now mud. I know this has been reported but not sure when it will be fixed. I walk thru there every day and now with the rain it is getting very messy. We hoped to
Avoid this by having it reported some time ago when it was dusty dirt. It seems that the path needs new and more gravel.

January 30, 2025 | Landscape | I noticed recently that the bushes were trimmed on the Miwok Park Trail near Chianti Ln. and thank you for that. There are common area bushes that adjoin our bushes on Chianti Ln. and we try to keep our property trimmed, but it seems that this common area is always overlooked and I have to ask for them to be trimmed. So, I am asking for the 5 bushes that adjoin ours be trimmed to the same height of what is on our property. Thank you!

January 31, 2025 | Landscape | Over two years ago the HOA was going to reapply bark to the common area around the upper and lower Miwok Park. That was delayed because of the PG&E project. I have a view fence that overlooks the upper park, and the space between the fence and the grass is constantly growing weeds. Terra Care sprays some of those weeds maybe once or twice a year. When will the promised bark be reapplied? I see that it was done near the clubhouse. I pay a lot in HOA fees to be ignored for many years. This is marked as completed, but the only bark that is left, and that is very little, is from the original bark that was put down many years ago. Thank you.

April 9, 2025 | Villages | The olive grove path running from St Emilion lane to the Bordeaux Park is in need of maintenance. The weeds are growing across the entire path in spots, eventually, there will be no path!! The area of mud is still there, I suppose with the warmer weather it will turn to dust!! I was told that that issue would be addressed in January. The path desperately needs new gravel and weed removal. There is also serious overgrowth between the Olive trees. Many of these weeds are grasses that have spikes that are dangerous for our dogs. Please see photos

April 18, 2025 | Villages | Hi,
I hate to be this person, but at the corner of Latour and St Julian is a house with a superbad lawn that desperately has needed attention for many months. It's overgrown, weed ridden, animal holes, etc. Looks like a vacant lot. Pics don't do it 'justice.' I think it's a rental but regardless, I'm sure someone is responsible for keeping it at least presentable. The address is 1738 Latour. thank you
PS. Your Report page would not allow enough room to attach even one picture. You need to increase the MB.

May 7, 2025 | Villages | I live on trilogy second house in from Zinfandel. Could you please ask the Vineyard people that are spraying, etc. not to drive so fast past our houses it create lots of dust. Also, sometimes they start at 6 AM but if that’s the rule OK, but if they’re supposed to start later, maybe you can reinforce it. Thanks,

May 11, 2025 | Club | Any idea when the TV’’s will be fixed on the gym equipment this time. Seems to me, it goes out frequently. Why not really address the issue. Stop putting bandaids on the problem & invest in a solution.
06/04/25 The Direct TV technician has been working on this for weeks now. As it is taking so long, we contacted ClubCare who is reaching out to Technogym to check and see if the machines can be set up to stream T.V.. We will update here as we get answers, hopefully today/this week. Thank you, and apologies for the delays in with getting this fixed.

May 18, 2025 | Landscape | The removable Bollards at the vineyard entrance located on Zinfandel Drive are out of the ground holes and lying horizontally on the ground. I almost stepped in one of the holes while walking. Without the bollards in place, traffic is allowed to enter the vineyard and it is a safety hazard to people walking on the trail. I tried to put one back into the hole, but it was way too heavy for me to lift.
