The pedestrian gate/door into Bordeaux at Latour is missing a straight piece of metal that closed off the space near the decorative filigree (we saw the piece on the ground next to the gate 2 days ago) and because it is gone you can now effectively put your hand through from the outside and reach down to the knob on the inside and let yourself into the community.

The pickleball court gate latch stayed tight for a long time with the new screws. Unfortunately, it’s loose again.

The recent addition of rocks and boulders to the landscape medians in front of 1101 Lafite Court resulted in the work crew breaking the water pipe which waters half of the landscaping on the 1101 Lafite Court side of the golf cart path. I immediately notified the HOA (Jayme Walls) and received a response that the mattewr would be attended to. Now, after several months much of the landscaping is dying or dead and the problem has not been addressed. Likewise, the automatic sprinkler system for this area has not worked for over 5 years, which has facilitated myself and the gardener for 1101 Lafite Court to manually turn on the irrigation system every week.
Dozens of plants have now died and numerous other plants are threatened. I can't imagine why this matter has not been fixed as I have been alerting Mr. Walls and other Trilogy employees for several years. My Neighbor Dennis Reynolds asked for me to advise of his dissatisfaction with the manner these repairs have been ignored. I am also notifying the property managers Nacny and Patrick Lewis of this most unfortunate situation. The landscape employee who previously checked on the sprinkler system was not fluent in english and stated that he did not know how to fix the control boxes, but true to your word he came out and looked at the boxes for a minute or two and shook his head and left.

The removable Bollards at the vineyard entrance located on Zinfandel Drive are out of the ground holes and lying horizontally on the ground. I almost stepped in one of the holes while walking. Without the bollards in place, traffic is allowed to enter the vineyard and it is a safety hazard to people walking on the trail. I tried to put one back into the hole, but it was way too heavy for me to lift.

The road behind Chardonnay Line is covered in Mud and the ditches are almost FULL with mud! With additional rain coming, we are worried the ditches will overflow into our yards. Please take care of this soon. Thank you!

The roses in the Bordeaux Village at park have not been winter trimmed. I noticed the roses by the gates have all been trimmed back but not at the park on the side of St. Julians street.

The Solera gate in Tuscany, both enter and exit, seem to be very noisy - a schreechy, creeky sound. Not sure that's normal or indicative of a problem?

Thanks for the clock in the locker room - it needs a new battery though, it wasn't working this morning.

The Solera Pedestrian Gate is not working correctly.

The Key FOB Receiver light turns from red to green, but the mechanical lock does not click open.

So the work-around for some residents has been to prop the gate open when they leave.

This practice defeats the purpose of even having gates, so could you please have maintenance look at it?

Robert: The vendor for the gates will be here Weds and Thursday.
