St Julien entry gate is apparently sticking open again....periodically

2.19.25 10:51am Update: Our new gate vendor, American Gate Operations (AGO) will be out tomorrow afternoon at the latest, possibly this afternoon to fix the gate. Thank you.

02.21.25 10:41am Update: AGO was not able to come to the property the past two days to make the repairs, they have rescheduled for Monday 2/24/25 between 11:00am and 1:00pm to make the repairs. We'll be checking the gate throughout the days until the repairs are made. Thank you

St Julien exit gates reported to be stuck open by residents

Latour Gate malfunctioning - additional information:
“ when a car exits. it opens, and then it closes, and then it beeps and opens again and stays open.”

The Latour exit gate continues to periodically remain open after a car drives through then when it closes it beeps and remains open until the next car drives through then the gate will close. I know this sounds weird but we were walking home and stood at the open Latour exit gate and observed this in progress

At approximately 10:49 am, Sun March 16, ambulance responded to a medical on Latour. Resident witness saw the ambulance could not enter via entry gate, but somehow entered through exit gate. Witness says the ambulance did not have emergency lights on, unknown if they tried an access code

There is no remote for TV in pool room. Please replace and have available to watch sporting events in pool room.

Crosswalks are in bad shape in Sonoma village. Not sure of other areas. I did look up to see if anybody else complained about it. I could not find it.Big chunks are chipping off. Looks bad in this amazing community.

Dead rabbit in the middle of the street on Miwok. Looks like it was hit by a car.

(NO RUSH) The Latour vehicle exit gate is partially stuck open, wide enough to allow people to walk through it.

The olive grove path running from St Emilion lane to the Bordeaux Park is in need of maintenance. The weeds are growing across the entire path in spots, eventually, there will be no path!! The area of mud is still there, I suppose with the warmer weather it will turn to dust!! I was told that that issue would be addressed in January. The path desperately needs new gravel and weed removal. There is also serious overgrowth between the Olive trees. Many of these weeds are grasses that have spikes that are dangerous for our dogs.
