Maintenance Issue Reports

The Latour pedestrian gate does not latch rendering it unsecured.

The lawn by the Bocce Park hasn't been mowed for over a month. This condition is more than an eye sore as allergy season is upon us. Also. the Contra Costa Fire Protection District has notified us to keep our grasses mowed to less than 3 inches because of fire risks. The grass is over 12 inches high.

The little park-like area in the center of the cul-de-sac in Porto village is not doing well. The plants do not seem to be getting water.

The Magnolia trees surrounding the round-about at the club entrance appear stressed. Leaves are beginning to yellow and fall. I notice this is the location where artificial turf was recently installed over the tree roots. When the sprinklers to the previous lawn were disconnected for the turf, was there a water source installed to feed the trees?

The mail room door that leads to the outside of the building needs to be refinished or repainted.

The man gate at the Solera gate is not reading the key cards.

The Miwok entrance gate is stuck open and its control box is beeping.

The music seems to have stopped playing in the gym. This has been for about a week now. Thank you.

The new paint on top of the sound wall caps is peeling off badly along the side of our house (left side of Latour gate). We can’t tell how many caps are affected but at least a few look like there are leaves 🍁 on top of the cap but when you look closer the “leaves” are paint peels so they aren’t blowing away in the wind. Haven’t gone out to look at the back wall on Vineyards pkwy.

The new plants planted this week or last by Andalucia Gate are dying in need of water.

The olive grove path running from St Emilion lane to the Bordeaux Park is in need of maintenance. The weeds are growing across the entire path in spots, eventually, there will be no path!! The area of mud is still there, I suppose with the warmer weather it will turn to dust!! I was told that that issue would be addressed in January. The path desperately needs new gravel and weed removal. There is also serious overgrowth between the Olive trees. Many of these weeds are grasses that have spikes that are dangerous for our dogs.
