Maintenance Issue Reports

One of the lane separators in the indoor pool is broken. The small metal hook at the "deep end" came off of the steel cable. It just needs a tiny cable clamp to reattach it. BTW, at the "shallow end", the apparatus to tighten and loosen the lane separator is frozen and has been for a long time. As a result, when the lane separator is removed, it's necessary to rotate and loosen the eyelet that screws into the side of the pool -- probably not a good long-term solution. The same apparatus on the other two late separators works well.

Around the indoor pool has not been cleaned in weeks and weeks. There has been a Q-tip on the hoist chair “which is also disgusting,” a band aid amongst other bits all around the floor. It could do with bring disinfected at least once a week with people walking aroundceith no shoes on.

There is ground chalk on the pool deck next to the baby entrance to the pool a bit in front of the monitor's table. I assume this is left over from Grandparents Day on Sunday but definitely should be cleaned up. Certainly does not represent a "resort pool" atmosphere.

hot tub temperature to low

Love living here! After an incredibly stressful work life, this is our "happily ever after".
While one can have high expectations in "heaven", I don't wanna be a Karen. SO...If I mention something...read with a smile.
With that in mind, the *ladies room for the Delta Athletic Club has so many burnt out bulbs and broken lights*. Is this on the "honey do" list?

The hot tub is not nearly warm.

Thank you for letting us know. We installed a new pump this afternoon and it is working properly; the water temperature is now at the programmed level.

As of Sunday July 27th the hot tub is not hot at all, water is completely cold like the pool water. Absolutely NO heat. A few jets are not working at all, and really low pressure. I checked maintenance records and it says work was completed and that the heat and new pump was put in Feb and June. The hot tub is still not working correctly. Thanks

The heater has been replaced.

Someone needs to clean the cobwebs and treat for spiders in the lap pool building, especially along the bottom of the wall adjacent to the outdoor patio area. I found a black widow spider in a web there this afternoon.

This is probably already on your list; the protective coverings to both the pool and sauna handrails need to be replaced. Thank you.

There is an army of ants in the women’s shower area crawling up the wall by the farthest shower.

The curtains in the Pool Cabanas are in very bad condition. The rollers and tracks that the curtains move on are broken or jammed.
I was rather shocked when I recently used a cabana and saw how ragged and shredded the curtains had become.

In general, the Club grounds, parking lots etc. are in the worst condition that I have seen in my 8+ years at Trilogy...
