Maintenance Issue Reports

What was once dirt across the path in the olive grove in Bordeaux is now mud. I know this has been reported but not sure when it will be fixed. I walk thru there every day and now with the rain it is getting very messy. We hoped to
Avoid this by having it reported some time ago when it was dusty dirt. It seems that the path needs new and more gravel.

There is a street light flickering on Chianti between Corsica and Barbaresco. It is on the West side of the street closest to Barbaresco

I would like to report of a large road crack that has been developing for quite a while at the upper part (near the end) of Gamay Lane in the Bordeaux village.

The olive grove path running from St Emilion lane to the Bordeaux Park is in need of maintenance. The weeds are growing across the entire path in spots, eventually, there will be no path!! The area of mud is still there, I suppose with the warmer weather it will turn to dust!! I was told that that issue would be addressed in January. The path desperately needs new gravel and weed removal. There is also serious overgrowth between the Olive trees. Many of these weeds are grasses that have spikes that are dangerous for our dogs. The "blue bots dot, fire hydrant marker" needs to be replaced on St Emilion at St Julien. Resident was told to throw away the old one Thank You

I live on trilogy second house in from Zinfandel. Could you please ask the Vineyard people that are spraying, etc. not to drive so fast past our houses it create lots of dust. Also, sometimes they start at 6 AM but if that’s the rule OK, but if they’re supposed to start later, maybe you can reinforce it. Thanks,

Pedestrian gate at Solera will not close. Looks like the door itself got bent or something.

There is an issue with standing water and a buildup of algae along the street on Meritage Loop from the west end (1586 Meritage Loop) up to the storm drain between 1592 and 1594 Meritage Loop. This has been occurring yearly since the completion of some of the landscaping on the west side of the loop. It attracts pigeons, mice, and other creatures and is unsanitary. Something needs to be done about it.

I will pass this along to the HOA.

Shea Homes is the governing office and has investigated the issue. A corrective action has been put in place.

The vacant lot next to our home at 1619 Chianti Ln. has a SERIOUS water drainage problem that needs IMMEDIATE ATTENTION. In 2020 a similar problem existed and it was NOT promptly taken care of resulting in flooding of our side yard and trees that had become uprooted (wind) because of supersaturated soils. PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW THIS TO HAPPEN AGAIN!! Thank you for your immediate attention.

The v-ditch behind homes on east side of Healing Rock Ct has considerable amount of leaves and debris that should be removed prior to the rains. Could cause flooding and or blocking of drain inlet.

Blue Fire Hydrant Marker in the Cul-de-sac at the end of Moscato PL. This was mentioned many many months ago also. I believe the sealing puts these back on?

Bordeaux park overwatered to the point of being too soggy to walk on. Also, a trash container with a yellow "caution" tape around it for some reason.
