I entered the code - 1443 right? - multiple times on different days and nothing happened. Tried the handle and it would not open. Maybe it is operator error but I walked on to Viognier Court, entered the same code, and it worked fine. Maybe someone could check it? Thanks!

Also. the Contra Costa Fire Protection District has notified us to keep our grasses mowed to less than 3 inches because of fire risks. The grass is over 12 inches high.

As a workaround we swapped out our strap with the one from the unused net on the pickle ball court.
Can a new net strap be ordered for the net on Tennis Court #1?
The players can install the new strap once it arrives.

| January 12, 2023 | Villages | The new paint on top of the sound wall caps is peeling off badly along the side of our house (left side of Latour gate). We can’t tell how many caps are affected but at least a few look like there are leaves 🍁 on top of the cap but when you look closer the “leaves” are paint peels so they aren’t blowing away in the wind. Haven’t gone out to look at the back wall on Vineyards pkwy.

| July 21, 2023 | Landscape | The new plants added along Trilogy Parkway are already dying! They were planted with the rootball exposed. They are not getting watered enough. And they are dying - leaves are drooping and turning yellow. I believe these are Laurel plants added to replace the dead ones.
They need to be replaced. Most of them are dead now. Next time, dig a hole and put the entire rootball in the soil. Then water every day. It's 100 degrees today.

| June 10, 2025 | Landscape | The north end of Miwok Park Trail near Chianti is once again drying out and when I watch the sprinklers, the water pressure is very low. There are areas of dead grass that are not getting any water at all. Thank you for checking on this area!

| April 9, 2025 | Villages | The olive grove path running from St Emilion lane to the Bordeaux Park is in need of maintenance. The weeds are growing across the entire path in spots, eventually, there will be no path!! The area of mud is still there, I suppose with the warmer weather it will turn to dust!! I was told that that issue would be addressed in January. The path desperately needs new gravel and weed removal. There is also serious overgrowth between the Olive trees. Many of these weeds are grasses that have spikes that are dangerous for our dogs. Please see photos
