| January 17, 2023 | Villages | Some bushes along Trilogy Parkway behind 1974 Sacred Mountain Lane have very few, if any leaves. (The location is between Barossa and Porto.) The bushes need significant care or replacement. As it is, they do not provide the image that the community tries to project, nor do they provide the privacy between the road and sidewalk and the home(s) on the other side.

| October 6, 2025 | Villages | Sprinklers throughout all of Trilogy should be adjusted to prevent water spraying onto asphalt pavement. This constant wetting of the pavement causes premature failure, washing away of the binder leaving a rough exposed aggregate surface. In addition if there are cracks in the area water seeps into sub-base and can cause pot holes. Now is the time to check them before the new slurry seal is washed off, and they should be checked and adjusted periodically to keep them spraying correctly.
I note to residents as a friendly reminder to check their sprinklers to help save our newly sealed streets.

02.21.25 10:41am Update: AGO was not able to come to the property the past two days to make the repairs, they have rescheduled for Monday 2/24/25 between 11:00am and 1:00pm to make the repairs. We'll be checking the gate throughout the days until the repairs are made. Thank you
