Maintenance Issue Reports

Pedestrian gate between Viognier Court and the walking path behind Bordeaux does not work. Combination does unlock the gate but the gate frame is "stuck" and takes a very hard push to open from the court side. Once open, it will not close again. It appears that the silver rectangular plate on the fence side of the lock extends too far beyond the fence post and prevents the gate itself from closing. There are large bolts on the latch plate which may be the cause. This is a recent problem and was not the case about 1-2 weeks ago since I have been using the gate a couple on a regular basis since it was installed.

Pedestrian/golf cart gate at end of Lafite Lane is not working, 11/3/21. It has not worked at all this week as well as last week.
This is a ongoing issue with this gate.

Pillars at Miwok Gate. Seems to Lubricant splashed all over the Gate Pillars.

Please have someone check the sprinklers on Miwok Ave in front of the wine barn. The planter area is like a swamp. Several dead trees were removed, most likely due to over watering. Hopefully they will be replaced soon.

Please replace broken hooks in the ladies locker room toilet area.

Please, please, please check the sprinklers at the upper end of Miwok Park. This is my third request for someone to actually run the sprinklers and look for the problem of no water pressure getting to the grass. The grass cannot withstand 100+ degree days and very little, if any water. One sprinkler line was on today, but only one sprinkler at the end was working. My requests are marked In Progress, but nothing seems to change.

Pool tables need cue chalk replenishment.

Porto entry gate is locked open. will not close. could we have a technician fix the problem.
