Resident witness saw the ambulance could not enter via entry gate, but somehow entered through exit gate. Maintenance: Tested the gate reader and found it worked intermediately. Adjusted the antenna and the gate worked as designed. I will advise the landscapers to keep the hedge on the corner trimmed back.

| June 11, 2025 | Gates | The pedestrian gate at Solera and Vineyards (entrance to Tuscany) is misaligned and does not close. It's been this way for quite some time, and was reported originally on 5/20. The status on that report states that the item is "completed", but it definitely is not. Please revisit this.
Correct, it was updated incorrectly and has since been placed back under "in progess" status. We will update again when we get the repair date set. Thank you
