Maintenance Issue Reports

Only one shower in the men's locker room is operational. One already has an out-of-order sign, but another (the one on the right) has no hot water. Also thanks for getting the swimsuit spinner working!

Outside mailroom door has not been latching completely on its own for the last few days.

Outside of the spa area is a small sitting area with 2 double seats and 2 tables. The cement in that area has a large stain of spilt food or drink or something that has been there a long time. Can the area be hosed off? The spa itself is immaculate, but this area looks terrible and is the first thing you see when coming to the spa. Thank you so much.

Over two years ago the HOA was going to reapply bark to the common area around the upper and lower Miwok Park. That was delayed because of the PG&E project. I have a view fence that overlooks the upper park, and the space between the fence and the grass is constantly growing weeds. Terra Care sprays some of those weeds maybe once or twice a year. When will the promised bark be reapplied? I see that it was done near the clubhouse. I pay a lot in HOA fees to be ignored for many years. This is marked as completed, but the only bark that is left, and that is very little, is from the original bark that was put down many years ago. Thank you.

50% of grass is burnt out to due need of sprinkler maintenance. Some are misdirected and others are clogged.

Ped card reader not working at Miwok gate

Pedestrian gate at Solera will not close. Looks like the door itself got bent or something.

Pedestrian gate between Viognier Court and the walking path behind Bordeaux does not work. Combination does unlock the gate but the gate frame is "stuck" and takes a very hard push to open from the court side. Once open, it will not close again. It appears that the silver rectangular plate on the fence side of the lock extends too far beyond the fence post and prevents the gate itself from closing. There are large bolts on the latch plate which may be the cause. This is a recent problem and was not the case about 1-2 weeks ago since I have been using the gate a couple on a regular basis since it was installed.

Pedestrian/golf cart gate at end of Lafite Lane is not working, 11/3/21. It has not worked at all this week as well as last week.
This is a ongoing issue with this gate.

Please could you heat the indoor pool a few degrees. It is way to cold.

Please have someone check the sprinklers on Miwok Ave in front of the wine barn. The planter area is like a swamp. Several dead trees were removed, most likely due to over watering. Hopefully they will be replaced soon.

Please replace broken hooks in the ladies locker room toilet area.
