Please make your reservations or place your online takeout orders by Wednesday, May 5th.
Swing by The Mantel every Thursday in May to pick up your Lodge Lunchbox packed with everything you need for a hearty lunch! Pick-up times will be between 11:00am-1:00pm on the given Thursday. Please place your order online by noon the Tuesday before, and we will send you a confirmation with your pick-up time.
The Mantel, Culinary Ascent is a private dining establishment set within Seven Summits Lodge in the Trilogy® at Tehaleh® community. Our menu features a collection of curated favorites crafted with local produce, beef from nearby pastures, day-boat catches from coastal fisheries, and wines from leading local producers. Our chef offers an ever-changing selection of new offerings, from healthy dishes to your most sinful cravings. The Mantel is committed to supporting local providers, and to serve only the freshest and tastiest ingredients.

For Dino, life as a Chef all started with his mother. She was a single working mom and Dino would prepare dinner for her and his two sisters on weeknights. His experience created a passion for food that he didn’t realize until he started as a dishwasher for the Lobster Shop on Ruston Way and realized that the kitchen was where he belonged. He graduated South Seattle Community College with a degree in Culinary Arts & Hospitality Management, with an emphasis on classical French training. After working at several restaurants, he became the Executive Sous Chef for Tacoma Country & Golf Club. Following, he became the Executive Chef for Canterwood Country & Golf Club, where he expanded his repertoire and prepared a wide variety of cuisine. Now at The Mantel, Chef Dino is excited to share his passion for great food with the Trilogy and Dining Members.
The Mantel, Culinary Ascent is a private dining establishment available exclusively to Members. A Dining Membership includes dining access at The Mantel for you and your hosted guests, and the opportunity to book a private party for celebrations, at special Member pricing.
Dining Memberships are currently sold out, but you can be next on the waiting list by clicking below and filling out a request. Those on the Waiting List will be contacted beginning in July. In the interim, those on the Waiting List may be provided limited access to certain events.
For many in our Trilogy communities, wine culture is a critical part of the experience. Understanding this, all Trilogy communities have organized wine clubs and events, and most have gone so far as to include private wine lockers. The Barrel Masters program allows Members to secure preferred wine pricing and access to special wine events and, where possible, their own private wine locker as well.
