Welcome to the Rental Registration - Owners Portal

If you are planning to rent your home in your Trilogy community, you must complete the following in order to allow your Renters access to the amenities:

Review the Renter Policies for your community, of which some may be established by the HOA and some, in the case of private club communities, may be supplemented by Club documentation. These documents are available in the HOA and Resort Club sections of MTL, or by request using the contact information below.
Complete the Notification of Home Rental below in advance of the rental period. This way, we have your information and the information for your Renters.
For private club communities, have a valid account on file with the Club in order to pay the applicable Assignment Fee.
Inform your Renters that they must complete the necessary documentation in advance of their stay. The documents and complete information are available at MyTrilogyLife.com/RentalRegistration.

Notification of Home Rental

Ensuring the experience is seamless for your Renters is of the utmost importance to us. Please complete the following information in advance of the rental period and we will make sure your Renters are welcomed to the community and advised of all necessary information. Club Access For Renters*
The communities with private clubs as their centerpieces (Encanterra, Verde River, Polo Club, Lake Norman, Tehaleh, and Valor) do not allow access privileges to transfer to more than three Renters each year. Furthermore, no transfer term may be for less than thirty days. To transfer membership privileges, an Assignment Fee is required to be paid by the Member. By selecting "Yes" below, you are requesting access and consenting to the Assignment Fee. By clicking "No," you are confirming that your Renters have no Club access privileges, and, if they are discovered using the Club Facilities, your membership privileges will be immediately suspended for one year.

In accordance with A.R.S. 33-1806.01 of the Planned Community Act and Article 3, subsection 3.34 of Amended and Restated Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, please provide the following information to the Association within ten (10) days of execution of a lease. A fine may be imposed against the Owner in the case of late or incomplete information.

Any Owner that leases or rents such Owner's Lot shall keep the Association informed at all times of the Owner's address and telephone number. Any lease or rental agreement shall be subject to the Project Documents. If any Lessee breaches any restriction contained in the Project Documents, the Owner, upon demand by the Association, immediately shall take such actions as may be necessary to correct the breach, Including, if necessary, eviction of the Lessee. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Association shall have all rights and remedies provided for under the Declaration, the other Project Documents and applicable law.

Note for age-qualified neighborhoods: The tenant must show a government issued identification, bearing a photo, that confirms at least one tenant is fifty-five (55) years of age or older. Please attach copy of driver’s license, birth certificate, passport, immigration card, military identification or other similar evidence of age.
