Welcome to the Rental Registration – Owners Portal
If you are planning to rent your home in your Trilogy community, you must complete the following in order to allow your Renters access to the amenities:
- Review the Renter Policies for your community, of which some may be established by the HOA and some, in the case of private club communities, may be supplemented by Club documentation. These documents are available in the HOA and Resort Club sections of MTL, or by request using the contact information below.
- Complete the Notification of Home Rental below in advance of the rental period. This way, we have your information and the information for your Renters.
- For private club communities, have a valid account on file with the Club in order to pay the applicable Assignment Fee.
- Inform your Renters that they must complete the necessary documentation in advance of their stay. The documents and complete information are available at MyTrilogyLife.com/RentalRegistration.
