Trilogy at the Polo Club will make your special event spectacular, from handling planning logistics to creating the perfect meal and producing the ultimate festivity or business meeting. We offer a variety of venues to select from, so let us make your occasion truly unique and one to remember.

We host a variety of Audio Visual capabilities including microphones, a projector accessible through an HDMI Cable or Apple TV connection, a retractable 8’x 10’ screen, dimmable lighting, and overhead speakers for piped in music. We can also procure additional lighting and sound resources.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do you allow the space to be decorated?

    Absolutely! We welcome you to decorate with flowers, candles, lighting, etc. We do not allow anything to be applied to the walls or building structure that will cause damage. If you choose to use candles, we require that they are in containers or on a stand to prevent damage to surfaces.

  • May we bring in an outside caterer?

    The Polo Club will provide all of your food and beverage. We do not allow outside food and beverage to be brought in, with the exception of a wedding cake or some specialty desserts.

  • May we bring in our own alcohol?

    All liquor must be purchased through The Polo Club. We cannot allow you to provide your own alcohol. However we do offer beer, wine, and liquor packages, with a full variety of options.

  • How do I reserve my event?

    To book your date at The Polo Club, it is necessary to place your deposit and sign a contract. Your deposit will go towards the total cost of your event. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event date with final floor plan and guest count guarantee. Any “day of” charges are due at the conclusion of the event.

  • What are your cancellation policies?

    In the event of a cancellation, the security deposit and any partial payments will not be refunded and the following sliding scale will apply as liquidation damages:

    • Date of signing to 90 days prior to the event are charged 25% of the total.
    • 89 to 60 days prior to the event are charged 50% of the total.
    • 59 to 15 days prior to the event are charged 75% of the total.
    • Within 14 days of the event are charged 100% of the total.
  • What is your maximum capacity?

    The Reflection Lake can hold up to 100 guests and the Santa Rosa Event Lawn up to 300 guests. Our Events Center can hold up to 112 guests and expand onto the patio for cocktails.

  • When do I need a final guest count?

    Your final guest count must be received no later than 14 days prior to the event.
