We host a variety of Audio Visual capabilities including microphones, a projector accessible through an HDMI Cable or Apple TV connection, a retractable 8’x 10’ screen, dimmable lighting, and overhead speakers for piped in music. We can also procure additional lighting and sound resources.

Absolutely! We welcome you to decorate with flowers, candles, lighting, etc. We do not allow anything to be applied to the walls or building structure that will cause damage. If you choose to use candles, we require that they are in containers or on a stand to prevent damage to surfaces.
The Polo Club will provide all of your food and beverage. We do not allow outside food and beverage to be brought in, with the exception of a wedding cake or some specialty desserts.
All liquor must be purchased through The Polo Club. We cannot allow you to provide your own alcohol. However we do offer beer, wine, and liquor packages, with a full variety of options.
To book your date at The Polo Club, it is necessary to place your deposit and sign a contract. Your deposit will go towards the total cost of your event. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event date with final floor plan and guest count guarantee. Any “day of” charges are due at the conclusion of the event.
In the event of a cancellation, the security deposit and any partial payments will not be refunded and the following sliding scale will apply as liquidation damages:
The Reflection Lake can hold up to 100 guests and the Santa Rosa Event Lawn up to 300 guests. Our Events Center can hold up to 112 guests and expand onto the patio for cocktails.
Your final guest count must be received no later than 14 days prior to the event.
