Born and raised in Arizona, Casey Cleary brings 14 years of event management experience and passion for bringing her clients’ visions to life in creative ways. After graduating from Arizona State University in 2011, Casey worked as Catering & Events Manager at Red, White, and Brew, one of Mesa’s premiere restaurants. She then became the Private Events Coordinator at the esteemed Gainey Ranch Golf Club in Scottsdale, followed by a role as the Private Events Director at Seville Golf & Country Club in the East Valley.
Casey’s gifts of organization, attention to detail, and contagious enthusiasm have earned her unparalleled recognition from high-profile clients including Delta Airlines, The Boeing Corporation, and the Mesa Police Department. Casey’s background in behavioral health, specifically the non-profit sector, has also allowed her to partner with charitable organizations such as Empty Bowls, Room for Joy, and Sunshine Acres Children’s Home.
Casey executes event concepts flawlessly while maintaining a friendly, calm, and helpful demeanor, to ensure an amazing experience for all guests. One of her favorite parts of working in events is collaborating with clients and chefs to craft dazzling menus that work with all dietary restrictions and requests. Casey is sure to make your celebration one to remember!
Duke has enjoyed an extensive 30-year career in the food and beverage and relocation industry, with a history of ensuring consistent and successful client satisfaction. He began his career at Midland Hills Country Club in Roseville, Minnesota while attending the University of Minnesota. After college, he was recruited to relocate to Boynton Beach Florida to work with the Food and Beverage team at Quail Ridge Country Club. Duke also spent 12 years in strategic leadership roles providing support services to relocation management companies and employers in the delivery of destination services, education consulting, corporate housing, and property management solutions for transferring employees.
In his current role as Banquet Manager, Duke has the opportunity to blend his food and beverage experience along with his passion for sales in the delivery of exceptional service to the Encanterra community.
Our ceremony lawn can seat up to 300 guests. Our ballroom can typically hold 200 guests. For parties over 200, we can set up overflow seating on the covered patio.
Yes, for kids 12 and under we have the option of macaroni and cheese or chicken fingers and French fries, available for $12.95++.
We can definitely accommodate dietary restrictions. We offer vegetarian meals, and we can also prepare separate plates for guests with specific needs.
No. We provide all food and beverage in-house. Our liquor license makes it illegal to bring alcohol onto the property. All liquor must be purchased through Encanterra. This includes any champagne and alcohol in the bridal suites. If we do see your guests with their own alcohol, we reserve the right to confiscate the alcohol and your bar could potentially be shut down.
You have 6 hours from the start of your ceremony. You can purchase additional hours for $250 each hour. Your event needs to conclude by midnight. You can arrive two hours prior to the 6 hours, for setup.
Yes, the covered patio space behind the Mallorca ballroom is suitable as a back-up location for inclement weather.
Outdoor music must cease at 10:00pm, per Pinal County regulations. Indoor music within the walls of the ballroom can be extended to midnight.
Yes, we have a fantastic list of vendors who are dedicated to making your wedding here at Encanterra the best! They are NOT required vendors; however, they are the vendors we trust the most and who know Encanterra very well.
We have an excellent partnership with Hampton Inn & Suites in Gilbert, and the Sheraton Four Points in Gilbert as well. They both offer great group rates and allow you to book a block of rooms for all of your out-of-town guests. Along with your guest rooms, they offer shuttle services between the hotel and Encanterra.
We confirm the rehearsal date and time 30 days prior to your wedding.
To book your date at Encanterra, you must make a $2,500 deposit and sign the contract. The $2,500 deposit goes towards the total cost of your wedding.
