Our ceremony lawn can seat up to 300 guests. Our ballroom can typically hold 200 guests. For parties over 200, we can set up overflow seating on the covered patio.
Yes, for kids 12 and under we have the option of macaroni and cheese or chicken fingers and French fries, available for $12.95++.
We can definitely accommodate dietary restrictions. We offer vegetarian meals, and we can also prepare separate plates for guests with specific needs.
No. We provide all food and beverage in-house. Our liquor license makes it illegal to bring alcohol onto the property. All liquor must be purchased through Encanterra. This includes any champagne and alcohol in the bridal suites. If we do see your guests with their own alcohol, we reserve the right to confiscate the alcohol and your bar could potentially be shut down.
You have 6 hours from the start of your ceremony. You can purchase additional hours for $250 each hour. Your event needs to conclude by 11:00pm. You can arrive two hours prior to the 6 hours, for setup.
Yes, the covered patio space behind the Mallorca ballroom is suitable as a back-up location for inclement weather.
Outdoor music must cease at 10:00pm, per Pinal County regulations. Indoor music within the walls of the ballroom can be extended to 11:00pm.
Yes, we have a fantastic list of vendors who are dedicated to making your wedding here at Encanterra the best! They are NOT required vendors; however, they are the vendors we trust the most and who know Encanterra very well.
We have an excellent partnership with Hampton Inn & Suites in Queen Creek and in Gilbert, and the Sheraton Four Points in Gilbert as well. They both offer great group rates and allow you to book a block of rooms for all of your out-of-town guests. Along with your guest rooms, they offer shuttle services between the hotel and Encanterra.
We confirm the rehearsal date and time 30 days prior to your wedding.
To book your date at Encanterra, you must make a deposit and sign the contract. The deposit (determined by your contract) goes towards the total cost of your wedding. Our Events Team will communicate the deposit amount prior to signing any contract.
