No. You do not need to be a Member of Verde River Golf & Social Club to enjoy our exceptional weddings & events facilities.
Verde River Golf & Social Club will provide all of your food & beverage. We do not allow outside food or beverage to be brought in.
A ceremony rehearsal and dinner can be hosted the day prior to your wedding. Please coordinate with our Special Events Manager.
Of course! Photography is permitted prior to or following an event.
Absolutely! We welcome you to decorate with flowers, candles, lighting, etc. We do not allow anything to be applied to the walls or building structure that will cause damage. If you choose to use candles, we require that they are in containers or on a stand to prevent damage to surfaces.
Verde River Golf & Social Club hosts group tastings quarterly for contracted wedding receptions. We feel group tastings are beneficial so you may experience our exceptional food and staff in action. You will be able try more food, meet some of our recommended vendors, and mingle with other couples. We allow two people to attend complimentary, and additional guests are $35++ each.
A guest guarantee is required 10 days prior to the wedding. The guaranteed number is not subject to reduction.
There are several options for accommodations nearby, ranging from 3- to 5-star hotels and short term home rentals. Your Catering & Events Manager will provide you with a list of local accommodations.
Yes, we provide separate dressing areas for the couple and their “I do” crews.
