| August 10, 2025 | Pickleball Courts | landscaping plant leak - across the sidewalk from the most northeast corner pickle ball court. The plant with the large leak had a dug hole around it so we suspect it is a known issue, but the leak is substantial, so I wanted to report it just in case.

| July 29, 2025 | Entrance & Gates | My husband Michael has been swimming between 5:00 and 5:30 am for two months. In the last week the pool gate is not responding to his fob nor name tag.
