For all of the Trilogy communities for which BlueStar Resort & Golf is the management group, you may use this website to arrange your reciprocal access. Additionally, Wickenburg Ranch is available by using the website, even though it is not under BlueStar management. For additional communities – Rio Vista, Glen Ivy, Power Ranch, Redmond Ridge – you will need to contact those HOAs directly to learn their respective policies.

If your home Club and reciprocal Club are both operated by BlueStar Resort & Golf (all listed above), this service is provided complimentary. However, there may be charges for certain activities or classes. If you are traveling to a community not managed by BlueStar Resort & Golf, separate arrangements may be required.

If you are simply visiting for lunch or a spa treatment or some other service that may be available to non-Members already, these arrangements aren’t necessary. For access to areas that are designated as Members only, you need to complete the reciprocal access form on this page.

Members should request access at least two weeks prior to their arrival at the reciprocal Club.

You will immediately receive an automated email response acknowledging your request. At the same time, an email is deployed to your home Club General Manager and to the reciprocal Club’s General Manager. Your requested dates will be reviewed, and a separate email will be sent to you confirming your visit.

Prior to your arrival, please complete the liability waiver form for your reciprocal Club. The link for the form is in the confirmation email you receive from the reciprocal Club Concierge or General Manager.

When you arrive at the gate (if applicable) you will be directed to the Club and check in at the Concierge Desk. The Concierge will confirm that you have completed the liability waiver form, provide you with a guest wristband to be worn throughout your stay and offer any additional information that may be helpful during your stay. Your guest wristband will serve as your guest ID.

The amenities available to you, are the amenities that are available to any social Member at the reciprocal Club, based on availability. Your stay will include the use of sports courts, workout facility, spa, restaurant, golf, events and activities. If you are interested in playing golf, fees, restrictions and availability may apply. Throughout our Trilogy® portfolio, Member discount programs vary slightly by location. As a visiting Member at the reciprocal Club, that Club’s discounts apply. These may vary from the discounts offered at your home Club.

The structure of golf varies from community to community. As a visiting Trilogy Member, you will be provided the same access as if you were a Trilogy Member living in the destination community. In some cases, this could mean slightly preferred rates or access, but that is not universal. At Clubs that are private, access may not be available. If golf is something you are interested in, please be sure to indicate that when you make your request.

Yes, you may bring friends and family on your visit so long as you let the reciprocal Club know in advance. Your guests will need to complete the liability waiver form. Restrictions and fees may apply.

This program is specific to Club access only. However, we are currently working on developing a home-share or home-swap program where Trilogy Members could allow visiting Trilogy Members to stay in their homes. As more progresses on this, we will communicate to all Members via MTL.

Your guest wristband acknowledges that you are part of the larger Trilogy® network, letting the reciprocal Club’s team know you are a Trilogy Member.

Unfortunately, our accounting systems are not linked between our Clubs, so you will not be able to charge to your Member Account.

The program is intended for occasional visits to Trilogy® communities and not intended to be a supplemental membership for a seasonal home outside of the Trilogy network.

That’s easy. Just let your home Club General Manager know your plans have changed. They will communicate the changes with the reciprocal Club team.

This program is only available to homeowners in our Trilogy® communities.
