Our mission is to provide the best possible guest experience during your visit. With that in mind, we have created the below recommendations and new cart policies for the 2020/2021 golf season:
• We are no longer able to provide complimentary Individual Carts. ANY requests for individual carts (including non-playing riders) MUST be approved by the Golf Shop at least 48 Hours prior to arrival.
• Golf Shop Approved Individual Carts will be charged an additional cart fee
• Please only make reservations with people you feel comfortable sharing a golf cart with
• Single Players must call the Golf Shop to Book Tee Times
• All carts are cleaned and sanitized before each use and we do encourage guests to bring their own sanitizer and wipe down frequently touched areas of the cart

Tee Time Policy: We accept online tee times up to 30 days in advance. We require a valid credit card to book a tee time and guarantee your reservation. Tee Times may be made up to 7 days in advance for Trilogy Loyalty Cardholders, Members and their guests.
Cancellation Policy: At least 24 hours notice must be given to cancel or make changes to your tee time. If the change or cancellation is not made within this time frame, the credit card holder is responsible for all players in the group and may be charged a no-show fee. Please do not send emails requesting tee times, changes, or cancellations. All changes and cancellations should be made promptly by calling the golf shop at (480) 988-0004.
