Relaxing and connecting – these are the Grand Living Room’s raisons d’être. For those seeking a bit of tranquility, comfortable sofas and chairs become an ideal place to enjoy a cappuccino from The Outfitter, read a book, research genealogy or plan the next adventure. For others, the Grand Living Room is the hub for making new connections, whether that’s meeting with neighbors or connecting with the world without leaving the community.
Alluding to the famous Crow’s Nest, the upper level accommodations in the historic Augusta National clubhouse where amateur Masters participants stay during the tournament, Crow’s Nest at Twin Mills Club serves much the same purpose (minus the sleeping quarters). Crow’s Nest is a sports and media themed escape, offering poker and card tables, billiards, shuffleboard, flat screen TVs and more.
Set adjacent to the Club, with beautiful views in all directions, the Artist’s Amphitheatre is an intimate, outdoor venue with grass seating for concerts, plays, and a variety of other events.
With expansive views of the property, the incredibly appointed, 2,400-square-foot Events Center is ideal, year-round, for socializing, entertaining, or hosting weddings and banquets. Whether for intimate, small gatherings or large banquets, the Events Center offers unmatched elegance with every possible service in mind.
The Killian and Forney Room is perfectly “suited” for everything from cribbage to canasta, poker to pinochle, and is sure to be among the most popular informal gathering areas at Twin Mills Club. This area is designed specifically to help Members show off their card playing skills (although who knows when a fierce Bunko, Scrabble or Trivial Pursuit rivalry might break out?), and the space can be used to host smaller games or gatherings.
