It’s time to log your steps! Each week, you’ll log in and record your steps for the previous week, using the form below. Each week corresponds with the following dates:

  • Week 1: November 1 – 7
  • Week 2: November 8 – 14
  • Week 3: November 15 – 21
  • Week 4: November 22 – 28
  • Week 5: November 29 – 30

Steps may be entered at any time, but in order to count toward your weekly challenges, steps must be entered by Monday at 12:00pm MST. Steps entered after the Monday deadline will still count toward the overall goal.
