It’s time to log your steps! Each week, you’ll log in and record your steps for the previous week, using the form below. Each week corresponds with the following dates:

  • Week 1: November 1st - 2nd
  • Week 2: November 3rd - 9th
  • Week 3: November 10th - 16th
  • Week 4: November 17th - 23rd
  • Week 5: November 24th – 30th

Steps may be entered at any time, but in order to count toward your weekly challenges, steps must be entered by Monday at 9:00am MST. Steps entered after the Monday deadline will still count toward the overall goal.
