Welcome to Gait-to-Gate, Trilogy’s inter-community walking-based challenge. This is our eighth year for this annual tradition, with this year’s focus being MOVEMENT, COMMUNITY, & GIVING BACK.
Gait-to-Gate is open to all Members in our Trilogy communities and launches on November 1st. The challenge will last 30 days and is designed for all fitness levels. Even if walking is not your thing, you can still donate non-perishable items for your local food bank.
Throughout the entire month of November, we are also collecting non-perishable canned goods to support our local community food banks. This year, more than ever, our local communities need help to stock their shelves for the upcoming holiday season. As many times as you would like, through the month of November, drop an item or two into the collection containers located throughout the Club. Together, with our 17 Trilogy communities across the US, we can make a difference.

Developed to encourage everyone to stay active heading into the holidays, Gait-to-Gate is a group event where each community will walk to achieve their community's step challenge goal. With a total of 17 Trilogy communities across the US, you will not want to miss out.
The registration fee is $20 per Member, which includes:
- A branded Gait-to-Gate 2025 t-shirt, your choice of long or short sleeved (must register between October 11th – 18th to receive).
- Participation in opening and closing walks with refreshments.
- In some cases, your local community will be offering prizes for local participation.
- Log your steps weekly to assist your local community achieve their step challenge goal.

Registration opens October 11th and is available through October 18th, so sign up today! Your local Lifestyle team has shirts available so you can select the correct size prior to registering. We will not be carrying excess inventory, so make sure you select the size and sleeve length you want.

Log Your Steps in Your Gait-to-Gate Account
Beginning November 1st, you’ll start to track your progress! Before then, you'll receive an email asking you to set up a username and password. And then, each week, you’ll log in here on the Gait-to-Gate website with those credentials to enter your steps. Steps should be entered on a weekly basis, with the week starting on Monday and ending on Sunday. Enter steps no later than each Monday at 9:00am MST.
- Week 1 (enter steps for the 1st – 2nd)
- Week 2 (enter steps for the 3rd – 9th)
- Week 3 (enter steps for the 10th – 16th)
- Week 4 (enter steps for the 17th – 23rd)
- Week 5 (enter steps for the 24th – 30th)
Make a mistake? If you submitted an incorrect number on a given week, no problem. You'll simply log back in to your Gait-to-Gate account and correct your step count.
