Annual Passes

Thank you for your interest in the pass programs at Trilogy Golf Club at Vistancia. By selecting one of the pass options in the drop-down menu, the package details (including price) will appear. Please take your time in reviewing the different passes prior to making your selection, and don’t forget to review the FAQ section below for even more information. Of course, the Golf Shop staff is always available should you have any additional questions or concerns.

 

 

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What is considered a weekday, weekend, and holiday?

    For the purposes of the passes, weekdays are defined as Monday through Thursday. Weekends are defined as Friday through Sunday. Holidays are defined as New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, and the Friday after Thanksgiving.

  • What is a “brownout” day and when are they?

    There are 26 total brownout days for the year that apply to all Premium Play Packages and Flex Passes. On these days, all passholders are restricted from utilizing their pass perks between the hours of 9:00am and 12:00pm. Passholders may play on standby during this time, but advanced reservations will not be accepted*. These days are as follows:

    • November 28-29, 2020
    • December 26-27, 2020
    • December 31, 2020
    • January 1-2, 2021
    • January 18, 2021
    • February 1-6, 2021
    • February 15, 2021
    • March 1-7, 2021
    • March 29 – April 3, 2021

    *Please note that if a passholder chooses to make an advanced reservation for these days between the hours of 9:00am and 12:00pm, they will pay the applicable Trilogy Resident Rate (versus using the access provided via their Premium Play Pass).

  • How do we make tee times?

    Reservations can be made by passholders one of two ways: via the passholder’s direct line (623.328.5103) or in person. Please be aware that hold times may be longer than normal on the phone line. As a matter of protocol, the Golf Shop team is educated to first service the guest at the Golf Shop counter, and then alternate between guests at the counter with incoming phone calls. Reservations made online do not qualify for the passholder rate. If/when tee times are made online, the Trilogy Resident Rate will apply.

  • Do I have to be a Trilogy resident to purchase one of the passes?

    Absolutely not. We welcome anyone to purchase one of our program passes. The pricing above applies exclusively to Trilogy and Vistancia residents. Non-residents pay a 15% premium on the passes, unless stated otherwise specifically.

  • What is a “per round fee”? Is it the same as a cart fee/trail fee? If I walk, am I still required to pay the per round fee?

    The per round fee is an access fee and not a cart fee. It applies to every round played until a player reaches their maximum rounds as outlined above. Players should expect to pay the per round fee whether they walk, ride with a club-owned cart, ride with a personally-owned cart, or take a push/pull cart.

  • Which items are subject to sales tax?

    All passes and use fees are subject to sales tax. The sales tax rate is currently 8.6%.

  • What happens if I am not able to make my scheduled tee time?

    Please call us to cancel and know that we require a minimum 24-hour cancellation notice for all reservations. If a cancellation notice is not provided or is received less than 24 hours prior to the tee time, a no-show fee of $25 for the number of players booked will be billed to the Member who reserved the tee time.

  • Why is there a ‘no-show’ fee if I have already paid for my pass?

    Our goal is to provide as much tee sheet access as possible each day. By releasing reservations as early as possible, we can offer those tee times to passholders who may not have been able to book that day already.

  • Will I be charged a cancellation fee if there is severe weather?

    Absolutely not. We still would appreciate you contacting the Golf Shop to notify us that you are not going to utilize your time, but in cases of inclement weather conditions, including rain, electrical storms, winds in excess of 20 mph, or temperatures below 45°, the cancellation fees will be waived.

  • What is a House Account?

    The club provides all passholders charging privileges known as “House Accounts.” House Accounts are the most convenient way to enjoy your golf and V’s Taproom experience. You will be assigned a House Number (like a member number) and all your transactions for golf, merchandise, food, and beverage can and will be charged to that account. Each month, your account balance will need to be paid. If you register for ACH (linked to a checking account), there are no utilization fees for using a House Account. If you would prefer to use a credit card to pay your account balances, a $4 monthly fee will apply.

  • Are there any administrative fees for any of the programs?

    Passes and Flex Passes purchased with a credit card will be charged a 3% administrative fee. See the section on ‘House Accounts’ for information on monthly processing for usage fees.

  • Is there an incentive or discount for being a Trilogy or Vistancia resident?

    Yes. Unless noted specifically in the product description and pricing, all non-residents of the Trilogy or Vistancia communities pay a 15% premium.

  • How does standby work?

    Players may add themselves to a first-come, first-served list on the day of play and, if spots are available, players will be deployed based on how they fit (singles with threesomes, twosomes with twosomes, etc.). Additional “squeeze” times will not be created. All players must be present in order to be added to the list.

  • What if I am new to the community? Is there a proration if I miss part of the year?

    Absolutely. A one-time proration is available for those new to the community.

  • Can I use my Flex Pass for 9-hole rounds?

    Yes, passes may be used for 9-hole play. That said, the determination of pass value is subject to the course availability of 9-hole rates, which, generally, are only available 3 hours before sunset.

  • Can I use the South End of the Practice Facility?

    Premium Play Pass and Practice Facility Pass holders may use the South End of the Practice Facility. Flex Pass Pass holders are restricted to the North End of the Practice Facility.

  • Can I return my pass or gift it to a someone else if I’m not going to use it?

    We apologize, but passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you purchase a Flex Pass, you can share it with any immediate family member (father, mother, brother, sister, son, or daughter).

  • What happens if I get injured and I am unable to play golf?

    We of course understand that things happen in life that are out of your control, and we want to you to be able to enjoy golf at Vistancia.

    If you are unable to utilize your Premium Players Pass for a medical reason (must be substantiated by a letter from a medical professional), the club will offer a one-time discount towards the purchase of your next Premium Players Pass. The discount amount will be based on the base price of your pass prorated to take into account the number of months that have already passed. Please read below for additional restrictions:

    • A passholder must not have exceeded the maximum additional fee amount.
    • A passholder will not be eligible for any pass purchases for the duration of that season/year.
    • An already prorated pass is not eligible for additional discount/refund.
    • Prorated refunds are not available after March 1st.

    Please note that any abuse of the medical waiver will initiate an immediate forfeiture of all remaining pass privileges and also carry the potential of a prohibition from the purchase of future passes.

    Flex Passes are eligible for 50% of the remaining value to be credited towards the purchase of another Flex Pass in the next year, provided purchase is made within 14 days of expiration.

    Practice Facility Passes are not eligible for refunds for any reason.

  • How do I pay for a Premium Play Package option?

    Now that you have filled out your online form and signed off on the safety waiver and program guidelines, you can visit the Golf Shop at your next opportunity for payment.
