Maintenance Issue Reports

You cannot get out the pedestrian gate at the entrance. The lock is not working. I put the code C2463 in 5 times and it would not open. I had to wait for a car to leave and then walk out the vehicle gate. I was able to get back in the pedestrian gate with the code. Only going out goes not work.

There is a water leak at the park on the corner of Bloodstone and Spinel. Based upon the lack of water running down the gutter a few minutes ago, this likely just occurred.

The TV's on most of the equipment in the gym show only two stations - Fox News and a Fox sports talk shows. Everything else comes up just a dark DirectTV screen.

The plants in the Afterburn outdoor yoga area need to be trimmed.

The issue has been brought up at HOA meetings numerous times. I personally spoke to Anthony (a porter) back when he worked here. The issue is simple: wiring connections to the lighting on all of the gazebos...dog park,pool,etc. is exposed! Connection is on top of the metal structure. Even if this complies with code, there still exists an electrical hazard when the connection point breaks down from exposure.

The front man gate on the outgoing side is not working. The incoming side is working.

The clock in the fitness center classroom is showing an incorrect time and date. The is the display on the east wall.

Plants on north side of Pickleball courts do not seem to be getting enough water.

Many of the lockers in the women’s locker room are either locked shut or locked open.

landscaping plant leak - across the sidewalk from the "large dog" dog park, southwest corner. It looks like a large truck cut the street corner and ran over one of the plants. The drip line is spraying and not dripping, creating a large puddle alongside the curb on the cornet. Sorry, but we didn't have our phones with us to take a picture.

Irrigation leak on east side of the entrance at 8:20 this morning.

I believe there’s something wrong with the drip irrigation as there was water gushing out from under our front steps and down the street in gallons. It was flowing over the Electric box. It was like that when I just got home and then it stopped about five minutes later. It appears there’s a leak somebody needs to come look at though.
