| August 21, 2025 | Dog Park | landscaping plant leak - across the sidewalk from the "large dog" dog park, southwest corner. It looks like a large truck cut the street corner and ran over one of the plants. The drip line is spraying and not dripping, creating a large puddle alongside the curb on the cornet. Sorry, but we didn't have our phones with us to take a picture.

| August 10, 2025 | Pickleball Courts | landscaping plant leak - across the sidewalk from the most northeast corner pickle ball court. The plant with the large leak had a dug hole around it so we suspect it is a known issue, but the leak is substantial, so I wanted to report it just in case.
