The Vault at 1528 is a special area at Bistro 1528. A place to relax alone or with friends, The Vault is one part wine storage, one part tasting room, and one part sanctuary. The service experience delivered here would best be described as the "royal treatment." Private wine storage is available to Members. The Vault may also be reserved by Members and non-Members for private events.
Mossa Athletic Club is a high-end, luxury fitness experience. All machines are linked through TechnoGym, a real-time on-line personal training system, the free weights and Pilates/yoga equipment are all top of the line, and the team provides extra services such as towels, flavored water, fresh fruit, and more. The adjacent Movement Studio and Yoga Lawn add to the variety of wellness experiences.
Outfitted with a full scale showcase kitchen and relaxing soft seating and televisions to boot, this is the absolute best entertaining space within La Casa. From cooking demonstrations to viewing parties for Grey’s Anatomy, La Cocina is the place to relax among your select group of friends.
If tennis is your game, we’ve got just what you’ll need. Four lighted championship tennis courts are located just east of La Casa, easily accessible from both the Men’s and Women’s Locker Rooms. We’ve even got a "Stadium Court" complete with bleachers just in case you want to show off your skills in front of friends.
A game which blends the athleticism of tennis or badminton with a doubles-focused environment that reduces joint and muscle stress, Pickleball is a critical part of the culture at Encanterra - the Pickleball Club has hundreds of members! With the new Pickleball Center at The Algarve, players now have their own space that doesn’t need to be shared with tennis.
This creative space has concrete floors (which are allowed to be a mess at times); full-size glass garage doors which let in light year-round and open for those amazing winter months; exposed interior lighting and beams; and vistas out onto the main promenade, La Plaza. Santorini’s Studio also includes a kiln as well as all of the additional materials necessary for pottery and clay work.
The quintessential Italian game finally gets a permanent home at Encanterra. Two pitches of tightly-packed sand are available for play year round, with equipment available to borrow from either the Concierge at La Casa or the team from Tapas. While at Tapas, players are encouraged to grab our patented “Object Ball” from the bar, our take on a blended White Russian served in a plastic to-go cup.
Encanterra’s virtual “man cave” is its men's locker room, where Members have access to not just private lockers for their golf and workout gear, but also a pool table, couches, televisions, card and poker tables, a barber’s chair, steam room, and more. The Men's Locker Room is a great place to get together with friends and unwind after a hard workout or long day on the links.
The Ladies Locker Room perfectly complements what the gentlemen have next door. The expansive space features private lockers for golf and workout gear, as well as several card tables, a comfortable couch, expansive vanities, steam room, a private women-only workout facility, wet bar, and television. Several club events are held here, like Ladies Night Out and the Book Club.
The Compass Room, located in La Casa, is a boardroom that can be reserved by both Members and non-members. This private space can fit up to 12 people and has sound capabilities as well as a television that can be used for presentations.
